Best experience ever.. I been using glasses for many years now and coming to this location it's amazing... all the staff are friendly and eager to help and make you feels comfortable... I never experienced a service like this one.. will be my place for now on .. strongly recommend.
Dr Isabella Lozano take an extra step doing her evaluation... definitely she love her job. Kudos to Boris the manager, Vilma, Gilberto .. but to be honest all of them go above and beyond for every client.

My husband had an amazing, awesome, exceptional and professional experience right from the start. Eye exam superb, got the Rx right. Picking out frames fun, got the style, fit & order right. This Visionworks places the bar high for customer service, customer interaction and friendliness. Every team member at this location from the GM (Boris Lopez) to the OD and their entire staff work hard, are kind and take pride in what they do each and everyday when they walk in to their store front. I'm very grateful and thankful that there are still individuals like theses fine folks in Miami that actually know their craft; they're a rare bunch.

Thus far the best experience my family and I have had. If you're really in the market for clearer vision done right than look no further. They have an excellent OD Team and the fact that they get to work along side cool folks like Patricia, Adriana, and their GM Boris it's a win win not only for the store but also for the locals who live near by. They also have a large collection of all sorts of frames and designs our daughter picked up these from their showroom: Nine West Marchon Mink Tortoise and Jones NY Women's Havana Blue frames
