Dr. Mendelsohn's professionalism is matched by his kindness and patience. He never rushes, answers all questions thoughtfully, and truly listens to his patients. His precision and attention to detail are evident, and the entire experience--from diagnosis to treatment--was seamless.
The office is well-run, efficient, and welcoming, and the staff is just as professional and caring as Dr. Mendelsohn himself. I felt respected, well cared for, and reassured every step of the way.

Always a pleasure to attend my eye doctor visits. As a long time patient I have experienced a consistent superior level of personal, professional, high quality medical management of my complex vision conditions. It's easy to share that the office is clean and staff nice, their diagnostic equipment cutting edge which is true. However when you need your doctor because you are in a crisis, it is an experience you will always remember.
When I experienced a loss of vision emergency, Dr. Mendelsohn, immediately answered our call, opened the office on a Saturday morning, and treated me within the hour. When he says "I always answer my phone" , he was serious. My vision was saved thanks to his treatment. Boy, when he held my hand and reassured me that it would be alright, I could breath again, What a day!
My husband and I, remain eternally grateful to Dr. Mendelsohn and Dr Klein who keep us on track with vision care needs.

I underwent cataract surgeries in both eyes within one week period. My left eye had pre-existing chronic condition, which made the procedure more complex. The healing process after my cataract surgeries took longer than initially expected. Through out this entire period, Dr. Mendelsohn carefully monitored my condition and constantly reassured me that everything was progressing as it should. His attention and dedication gave me great confidence and peace of mind. After almost two months, my vision is now 20/20 in both eyes. I can drive comfortably without glasses and read without them as well, which feels truly remarkable. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Mendelsohn, Dr.Chaleff and all medical staff for their skills, dedication, professionalism and kindness. I deeply appreciate the excellent care and support I received and couldn't be happier with the outcome.
