Dr Chen & Dr Hargreaves

dr.chen is very rude she does not know how to talk to people she has a very sassy mouth it ain't what you say is how you say it to people However, I never had a problem with Vincent. He's very good at his job in my opinion, but I will not be going back there because I don't tolerate people that don't know how to talk to their clients.

Very pleased with Dr Chen. Her machine to take a picture of the back of your eye does not require them to be dilated. Great technology

I have been seing Dr Chen for many Years; I can say that she's one of the best eye Dr that I have ever had. Dr Chen is very patient when doing my eye exam, and she's very nice. Customer service is great, and office staffs are very polite. They are punctual for the appointment, not long wait times. Vincent is doing an excellent at helping choose my glasses, and he's very patient. I want to thank them for sending me the reminder for my annual eye exam because I always forget. I highly recommend Dr Chen to anyone who is looking for a great eye Dr , she's one of the best in Hollywood, Fl.

While the reviews here are mixed, as a new patient/customer I definitely agree with both the positive and negative experiences. Realizing circumstances and communication are significant contributors in each review. However I have appreciation that Dr Chen and the gentleman at the front desk listens to feedback and respond appropriately with a sense of empathy and concern.

I've been seeing Dr. Chen for a few years and I think she's great. Victor has always been kind to me when I needed to get my glasses adjusted. He's always done a great job.

I have been a patient of Dr Hargreaves for many years and have always been happy with his service although his staff and optician are rude. Dr Hargreaves was not available and I saw his wife Dr. Chen. My appointment lasted for 15 minutes total!! How can you have a thorough eye exam, be dilated, given eyeglasses prescription, and be and in and out of the office in 15 minutes? It takes 15 minutes alone to fully dilate the eyes! Additionally, she was rude and arrogant. apparently my insurance coverage didn't pay her enough for her to do a thorough exam. I will never go back to that office.

Dr. Chen and Vincent are wonderful! Both are extremely patient. Dr. Chen spends as much time with you as you need and I NEVER feel rushed through my exam. Vincent is the most thoughtful and thorough professional that I've ever met. He is honest and will let you know which glasses look the best on you. He goes above and beyond to get you the most for your money. Can't say enough good things about them both!
