Like any Dr office you'll have to wait some time. It wasn't unreasonable Julio was wonderful with my daughter and so was the entire staff!!!

i love the staff of the actual office so this is only directed towards the Lens Office where you're able to purchase glasses and contact lenses. the lady who i have seen for a couple years to pick up contacts and glasses from has always been a bit tough to communicate with. almost all of my questions or requests are met with reluctance or not met at all. ordering my contacts recently have been a problem and truthfully i would rather order online from a different store unfortunately.

Horrible experience. This office uses a 3rd party calling center. Every time you call you have to speak with the calling center and they relay your request to the office in which the office NEVER gets back to you. The Dr prescribed me a medication on 12/31/2025 and told me I would hear from the "specialty pharmacy". I waited a week and heard nothing. Then I called several times over the next 3 weeks to try to get some info on where the pharmacy is and when I would get my medication. The answering service keeps saying they will relay the info to the office and I get knowhere. Finally, it is 1/16/2026 and after 3 weeks of not receiving my medication I started calling every day. Until finally the answering service got me in touch with someone in the office named Candace who stated the fax to the pharmacy must have gotten "lost". They never submitted my prescription to the pharmacy!! It's been 3 weeks and I still haven't received my eye drops.

I went there to see Dr. Garcia for an eye sty. Kind of urgent. I get there waited two hours and this employee told me that I had to have a complete eye exam dilating my eye and tho whole work up. I told this woman that I already had an eye exam elsewhere and she said that it didn't matter because they HAD to do one. All for the money. I knew my insurance would not pay another eye exam and they would end up charging me which is what they usually do. They tell patients insurance doesn't cover this that and the other and it's a lie. I ended up walking out because they didn't let me see the Dr for the sty in my er only. Horrible place, people are rude and don't care about the patients.

I went to location first dry eyes. Disappointed, eyes was dilated. Ask for my eye exam prescription The lady at the front check in desk. Gave me Maria Monterrio prescription. Called to get a copy, transfer me to a number that hangs up.

Been seen twice here so far and I've had excellent experiences, in terms of treatment. The first time I was told there was only one doctor available, so the wait was long but that wasn't the case the second time and I was in and out. Thank you to Dr. Rockower and the rest of the staff for your fantastic services!

I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor and his staff. Unfortunately, I don't believe they are well-suited to care for children, as they showed little compassion or understanding in our situation. Our appointment was scheduled for 3:30 PM, and we arrived at 2:48 PM. Due to traffic and accidentally entering the wrong address, we ended up being 17 minutes late. While I understand the importance of punctuality, the office also counts the time it takes to fill out the required forms on their screen, which adds a few extra minutes. Despite this, my daughter was experiencing severe eye pain and came in as an emergency case. Shockingly, the doctor refused to see her. This lack of empathy and flexibility was incredibly frustrating, especially considering the urgency of her condition. I would not recommend this practice based on our experience.

This place and its service is horrible. My husband had an appointment scheduled since last year and I called to confirm the appointment. The lady said the appointment was canceled because the Doctor is nolonger working there. They never called or send email to inform us of the change or to find out if we wanted to see another doctor and reschedule the appointment. This is just poor customer service. Unbelievable!!!
