I should've known from the first visit sitting in the waiting area being sold to but alas, my mother paid $3000 for a surgery that was not scheduled and according to the office manager not their responsibility to schedule even if their surgical center they sent us to dropped the ball. This is after I sat in the office waiting on my mother and watched her prance around the office having nonsensical conversations with colleagues as I wait on a return call that Nadine advised her of the day before and Carla confirmed that both she and the office manager were made aware we called with concerns about not hearing from the surgical center. So it was not out of being busy why she couldn't address the situation, she did her job: collect money and screw the patients. On top of her lack of accountability she obviously has no understanding of compliance because why would one bring up irrelevant medical information at the front desk with patients listening on as you used it to justify your surgical center not calling to make an appointment. But that recorded conversation will be shared with the state licensing board because your office needs outside eyes to investigate procedures and policies because the doctor herself does not care as I am still waiting on a call to address multiple concerns stemming for the person she put in charge of running her practice. Unless it's nepotism, Roxanne has no place anywhere than a car dealership.

I was waiting in the lobby and overheard a patient trying to find out why the surgery they paid for and scheduled didn't happen and instead of the office manager helping verbally assaulted the patient tellling her it wasn't her job to schedule and couldn't help her get through to the surgery center. It seems this place only cares to collect money and not deliver services . I immediately left.
I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to both of you for your outstanding care and attention.
Dr. Greenbaum, I truly appreciate you taking the time to personally call me and listen to my concerns regarding my reading glasses. It means a lot that you not only addressed my dissatisfaction but also made an effort to ensure that the situation was resolved in a way that worked for me.
Marissa, I can't thank you enough for your exceptional service. Your patience and dedication in helping me choose the best frames were truly remarkable. You went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy with the entire process and that I found a pair of glasses that not only fit well but also looked great. Your attention to detail and care made all the difference, and I'm truly grateful for your help.
Thank you both again for your professionalism and kindness. It's rare to encounter such outstanding customer service, and I'm so appreciative of everything you did to make this experience a positive one.
My parents have been patients at this office for 5 years. My parents recently had an appointment, and while the service is great, the overall experience left much to be desired. The biggest issue is their blatant disregard for patients' time. Despite having a scheduled appointment at 9AM, my parents were forced to wait until 10:20AM. before being seen. This isn't a one-off situation--it seems to be a recurring problem tied to their over-scheduling practices.
I understand that some days there are multiple doctors in the office, and perhaps there's a quota they aim to meet, but this doesn't justify making patients wait excessively for follow-up appointments. Respecting patients' time is just as important as providing quality medical care. Unfortunately, this clinic seems more focused on maximizing profits (they collect your co-pay/payments prior to being seen) than ensuring a smooth and timely experience for its patients.
While the medical care itself is commendable, the long wait times are frustrating and unprofessional. If this issue isn't addressed, it could negatively impact their business in the long run. Patients value their time and deserve better scheduling practices.
As Dr Greenbaum's office has expanded, the service has not. Wait times are well over an hour, large front waiting area almost full, not to mention patients waiting in the back waiting area. A day before my yearly appointment, and I've been going there for maybe 10 years, I receive a call telling me I have to have a refraction test which insurance will not cover and will cost $50. Out-of-pocket. If I won't accept this test, and its cost, I have to cancel my appointment and I did. A very last-minute notice and especially for a longtime patient. Very disappointed in what used to be a caring physician.
Part A: Attended this facility on 3 separate occasions in efforts to resolve the same chief complaint, insurance AND copay paid each time. Chief complaint currently still unresolved. Waiting room met with elongated wait times [hours] regardless of appointments. Appointments met with unexpected and unconsented examinations not related to concerning issues, and unsatisfactory results. Looking for new opthalmologist instead.
Part B: After posting the above review I recieved a single call and voicemail from the residing doctor of this practice, [whom I had appointments with but have yet to meet]. The voice message described how confident they felt in "resolving my issue" if i were to agree to return for another "test" (a test which is "intended" to acknowledge, no mention of the actual procedure that resolves the issue), and that I would not have to wait or be charged. The voice message also stated they were calling from their personal number so that I may directly reach them at any moment to converse. After returning their call, leaving a voicemail, and sending a text message, I have received no further contact attempted from them.
My entire family has been going to this office for years. Unfortunately, the last couple times it's been drastic wait times and over scheduling. You schedule appt with your doctor to then get switched around upon checkin. For that I would have gone elsewhere, that is not okay. We love Dr. Greenbaum, but not sure why my child can't see her anymore for normal eye exams. They say they will charge you more out of pocket for your prescription if you see her UNLESS you buy glasses from them. This is not okay. We have been seeing her for years. I guess it's time to switch the family to somewhere else because OVER 3.5 hours for a regular eye exam at the office is not acceptable ESPECIALLY when not even seeing the doctor you scheduled your appt with that you wanted to see. Sad!
Dr. Greenbaum has excellent respect and great skills to repair vision for her patients. I'm glad that she was able to remove my cataracts and improve my vision. Now I just come to have periodic checks for extra dry eyes. I recommend her to all my family and friends. If anyone try her you wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of your eyes, that's just how great she is and she cares about the whole person!!!!!!!
