My family and I have been visiting specifically this optometrists office to see Doctor Chen & Vincent and seeing these reviews makes me feel horrible for their business because these are two incredibly intelligent individuals with an amazing partnership as well as a great staff. There are several broken english reviews that don't even use the proper gender when referring to the staff as though they did not receive care so I doubt the validity of those off bat, almost all these reviews anyways have something to do with the fact that YOUR insurance doesn't cover something and that is not the fault of this institution take it up with your provider NOT the optometrists desk staff, the perception of these individuals not being kind to you goes hand and hand with the fact that these people treat you as a PERSON and expect you to be intelligent as well as patient. The staff here feel like human beings with lives who'll tell you about them when you ask because that's exactly what they do, with the utmost in professionalism yet still cold casual will suggest you styles befitting of your features, talk to you about YOUR insurance and your coverage in specific instances, examine you and prescribe you quickly, and final nail in the coffin, I myself was a child coming to this establishment until adulthood and have never once been dissatisfied with my service here so to all the reviews that say they're not nice to kids I can call that out as well as even as a child I was treated as though I was an intelligent adult. I don't mean to be a hater but you and your 89 year old mother need to KNOW what medicaid covers, need to have the time to be courteous in a professional sense, and stop hindering the work of a solid team.

If I can give more stars, I would the optometrist Dr.Chen Was great and made me feel comfortable and she also took her time explaining everything. The optician/front desk was amazing. He is very educated when it comes to optometry and if you have any questions, he will be more than glad to assist and explain. I wish I would've gotten his name but overall, I would definitely come back to this office and would recommend it to any and everyone.

Please stay away from Dr.Chen and his team. Very rude and disrespectful staff. My mom is an elderly lady and was treated with such unprofessionalism and ruddnes. Never seen anything like that. Terrible doctor and front desk staff. The doctor should not be allowed to treat patient this way. Should have done my research and read previous reviews. Definitely will be filling a complaint to Humana so no more elderly people get misstreated by Doctor Chen and her front desk staff.

I have never been treated so bad , this persons on the phone was very disrespectful,if you have Medicaid don't go to this place ,the lady on the phone is the rude person I ever seen , they don't care about costumers ,there is no need to treat people this way , I hope the doctor see this review and take care her bussines , both off my kids get very stressed because of this lady ,for no reason if you don't like to work with people go to your house and rest ! Also I'm goin to call Medicaid and let them know about this place and the way they spoke to kids and costumers !

Poor customer service. Optician Vincent Campbell was disingenuous and not upfront with vital information that would have resulted in me filling prescription elsewhere. He did not communicate that his office would be closed for an entire week despite him having knowledge that I would not be available to personally pick up glasses when office re-opened. I was very clear that I am not available after Nov 30th. His office closed for all of Thanksgiving and reopened on Dec 2nd. I had to make my own arrangements to get glasses to me on Dec 11. When I got them, they were useless. Twisted frame. Fits lean on face. Useless. Called to register my disappointed and pretty much told, "this was all out of his control". Dr. Chen I would personally recommend. But while she operates within this office. Poorest customer service. Would never recommend this optician. NEVER!

My mom old lady came to this place just to get new glasses and she was waiting for 50 minutes after that the doctor told her go go go home the reason why my mom does not speak English well. This is real discrimination. Don't go to this place.

this office dealing with the cheap quality I guess from China after 6 months break of course they replace it but 6 months again break again they don't accept to replace it I just paid $400 for the glass I told the receptionist how come you dealing with cheep eye lass company he told me get out but he told it's good for us for job security even the doctor most of the time she is in bad mood I just lost $400 plus I don't know what amount charge my insurance I never recommend this optometrist to anybody and I never ever put my feet there anymore just waste of time and waste of money one star is much more than what they deserve .

Dr. Justine Chen and board-certified licensed optician Vincent Campbell are a highly skilled team. I have medical conditions that necessitate the best eye care medical professionals. I could not do better than Dr. Chen and Vincent Campbell. I feel very well cared for by these two. They are also both 100% informed about my insurance. Their knowledge allowed to me purchase $900 worth of 2 pairs of beautiful and modern glasses at no charge to me. I feel very fortunate to have them both to help me out with something as important as my vision. They are the best there is. My name is Michael Sachs.
