Meeting the whole team was a pleasure. The receptionist/ optometrist assistant, Athena was very sweet, kind, and helpful. Beautiful smile to welcome us in. The doctor, Dr. Barry Kay was very professional and knowledgeable. He knows exactly how to work and accommodate to your needs. He made sure to take care of your eyes. The technology used for the exam was up to par. No air puff to the eyes, my absolute favorite. Thanks to Dr. Kay, I feel very taken care of. The glasses sales associate, Marlin, helped me and my significant other to purchase and find the best price. Also- Very important to bring your insurance card to your appointment :) & to park, you have to find on the street and pay on park mobile and the code is 31115. The entire visit was around an hour for each person.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the whole visit was smooth from start to finish. Marlon was extremely helpful--friendly and patient. First eye exam I've ever had and first pair of glasses! :) Barry was a breath of fresh air, he explained everything about the condition of my eyes with clarity and focus, you can feel the love he has for what he does! I didn't expect to get a little emotional after seeing clear for the first time, I felt enough comfort to express that with his care. Barry was welcoming for allll questions, no matter if they were big or small! He was caring and brightened up my day with his lighthearted humor and sincerity.!! The receptionists and the person who guided me in my first pair after the exam (believe name was Morgan!) - made sure I chose ones I genuinely enjoyed. Morgan was attentive and provided me with all sorts of suggestions, but also gave me enough space and time to choose the right pair for me. I really appreciated his patience, care, and guidance. At the end everyone in the office offered to give me their honest opinions at the end! Overall everyone was absolutely welcoming and supportive, recommend Barry, Morgan, and everyone else 1000%!! :)

I had a wonderful experience here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Dr K made me feel comfortable and Marlin helped me pick out the perfect frames. He also had me laughing the entire time. My best eye doctor experience after 20 years of wearing glasses.

Dr Barry was great.the rest of the office. Not so good. I won't go back due to the poor management. I had 3 months left of my prescription before my yearly was due. The brand of contacts I was using that the doctor recommended had a lot of defective lenses in them. When I asked to order another brand acuvue which I had always worn, they told me I had to pay for another eye exam. That doesn't make sense since I always wore acuvue the doctor knew it. I told him when I went there. My second experience was that we made a Saturday appointment. They confirmed about five times. I revolved my day around these appointments because it was from my husband and I. They called to cancel our appointment at the last minute. I took my business elsewhere.

Hi,I am a patient at the Hollywood office I always get the great customer service from an associate name Marlin . Marlin go above and beyond to please everyone that comes ,from resolving any issue to cleaning and adjusting your glasses he always offers,I appreciate him very much.

The staff at this location was friendly and very helpful. Marlon assisted me with the fitting for my glasses. Athena assured my insurance information was available for usage. Priscilla helped me navigate my way to the store. Aaron, the manager was very low key.
