Experience was OK. Doctors assistant wasn't very personable , or any help with securing my insurance for the appointment despite my coverage. Doctor took personal calls multiple times while I was there , even leaving the exam room to do so. When I say personal calls I don't mean family emergencies I mean because his car was getting oil changed....felt unprofessional. Jorge was helpful with choosing my frames and the process related to my glasses. Overall I got in same day but would probably choose somewhere else for better experience next time I need an exam.

This was an amazing experience I had an eye emergency and scheduled an appt online through Zocdoc. Unfortunately since I was at the emergency room the night before I overslept, however they were very accommodating and allowed to see me even though I was late for my appt. Not only was the Dr and staff professional, polite, and amazing all around but the DR had great bedside manners or chair side manners lol. He saw me and helped me with my problem he was proficient and worked quick while still paying great attention to details and fixed me right up. I felt 100% better after leaving his office. I definitely recommend him for any eye trouble your having. Again the staff is also great. Thanks Dr. Fletcher and staff look forward to seeing you again for my follow up in a little. You all are the best!!!!
