Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in an eye doctor! The old lady at the reception area was extremely rude, I called prior to arriving to obtain my prescription and was told to come anytime. After taking off work and driving the distance I was told I could not obtain my prescription because it had been over a year. Had I been told this over the phone I would not have shown up. I also had a pair of glasses that were ordered at a previous time and those glasses were "donated to the homeless" I will not be retiring to this office ever again and will gladly take my business elsewhere!

I am very delighted with Dr. Selmo Satanosky and his staff; the first time I come to his office and it was a wonderful experience. He not only checked my eyes but we also talked about life and family, and it was a good talk. I loved his office because is spacious and clean, and it has a smell of family; and of course, I love my new reading glasses. I thank the doctor and all the staff for a wonderful visit. they charge 4% for using a credit card, there is no sign posted anywhere of this practice, you find out when you have to pay your bill, i had to come back after the weekend with a check so they could then order the glasses, even though in florida they allow people to do this the maximum allowance is 2 or 3%, by charging 4% they are braking the law. and the prescription is not ok, i see a little blurry

Dr Satanosky is good. Better than other eye doctor i have been. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Excellent eye doctor. Very friendly, precise and accurate. Does not rush the eye testing and does a thorough examination.

I finally found an exceptional Optometrist!! Dr. Satanosky and his team are so kind and professional. They made me feel very comfortable during my appointment. I'm throughly enjoying my new fashionable glasses, which happen to be Lilly Pulitzer.

The doctor and the staff were patient friendly and helpful. Even though they were closed they didn't rush me and my husband while he was picking his glasses. They even went and grab some more options from the back to show him. And then the doctor came out and showed him other options that looked better for his face and his head space along with not looking so prominent on his face.

Dr Selmo and his team Carrie, Judy and another lady are fantastic. I've been going here for more than 25years and they are the VERY BEST. Always willing to help me out in a pinch and very professional and knowledgeable and kind and friendly. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE I KNOW
