Stanton Optical

I needed a new pair of glasses . I went to Stanton optical because I was told they were reasonable and had "specials" . Unfortunately that was not true in my case . I needed transitions and progressive lenses. I wanted to buy two . I was told by salesperson who was not helpful in choosing a frame for me. Every frame was great in his opinion. . I wanted to buy two because of the advertisement buy one get second at 50% off. Well, two glasses would have cost me over $1000. 00 dollars . I am retired on Medicare and that was out of my budget . So , stupidly I decided on one it cost me over.$550.00 I picked up glasses and the young lady just gave me the glasses and said how do they feel. That's it . No seeing if they fit properly They seemed to be short . I am not use to temples not going over my ear. I got home and two people said that the glasses were missed aligned band one side was sitting higher than the other. I will be going back . I am not sure if I am going to get another pair or ask for a total refund .

My glasses broke within days of a trip and I urgently needed glasses made same day. On a sunday I was able to get in AND have my glasses made same day within an hour thanks to Yampier, and got greeted by name every time after the initial visit. Thank you for your professionalism and prompt service!

Very helpful and very courteous and professional. They have help me with my multiple pairs of glasses for years, and at a very fair price. They are also very good eagerly helpful with my eyeglass frame adjustments, that I need pretty often. I am happy with the service and prices and can recommend them.

I've been a patient at this location for over a year. I must say Tiffany is such a joy. She's an asset to your company. I walked in today a was greeted by her and she remembered my name. I was so impressed but mad at myself for not remembering hers. I won't forget it anymore. She left a lasting impression from my very 1st visit and I can't thank her enough for her professionalism, knowledge, and expertise while assisting me make my choices. Thank you Tiffany!! had an amazing experience here! They made my glasses the same day, even though I came in pretty late. The team was fast, kind, and super helpful. I got my main pair and even received a second pair as a gift. Love the service and definitely recommend!

I believe we become angels for each other - walking each other home We are surrounded by angels, And Tiffany is definitely one I was struggling with an old pair of eyeglasses, because I can't afford new ones without insurance. The temples completely broke off BOTH SIDES. She replaced the temples for me, AND replaced the discolored nose pads for fresh ones, too She did a beautiful job - they look better than new I am so grateful for her philanthropy God Bless US All

The staff themselves were nice and attentive, my complaint is whomever I spoke with on the phone to make my optometry appointment and the actual business protocol. I called to ask if my insurance was accepted by the optometrist, I was told yes. I arrived and noticed the carpet was pretty dirty in the store and the pre exam area looked pretty rough and more like a temporary area. I asked about them putting my insurance in the system for my exam and was told that my insurance would only allow me a 40% discount on glasses after the exam. Was also told that if I bought glasses right then after my exam then my $69 payment for the exam would go towards glasses. I was not able to stay to buy glasses right then so I opted to pay the $69. When I did go into the exam room I was told after I was in the seat that it was a hybrid exam with someone in a remote location running the exam which I was not a fan of. I would have preferred an in person technician. If I knew in advance about my insurance not being accepted and the fine print or the hybrid exam, I would have opted to go elsewhere. Again, everyone was nice I was just displeased with the lack of transparency.
