I hate to do this but Lord the customer service experience I had here just now will drive me here to leave this review . From the moment I walked through the door and even before I begun to explain what I needed the black girl with the ridiculous blonde wig and wild eyelashes was already rolling her eyes and shaking her head NO . thank you to the girl with the tattoos who still attempted to give an effort to assist me even though the other girl immediately said they had nothing in stock for me . (Without checking) I've honestly never in my life stepped foot into an optical place where the employee has such a a bad attitude about having a costumer in front of them . I tried to ask questions and just got literal eye rolls with giant lashes and shrugs . They both seem very clueless and confused , but at the very least the white girl with the tattoos made a bit of an effort to help me , despite the other one being so incompetent. When I finally walked away (which is what she wanted) she immediately went on to talk gossip about her life like I had rudely interrupted her . Please remember : costumer service goes a REALLY long way and if you don't want to work, then quit! I will never go back to this place again .

My eyes were irritated and I came to this place hoping they would accept a walk in. My regular optometrist was booked for the next 2 weeks. Well they just lost a customer because from here on this is where I will be going. The staff was very professional, very friendly and gave me a very thorough eye exam . I will definitely return here from now on! If you need a professional optometrist, this is where to go!

They were super nice when I paid for my glasses and eye contacts! After 3 month my lenses cracked in both sides, both the same place, which was not my fault, but because they tightened it too much. They told me I don't have insurance which no one offered me before, but they did sell me all the other extras! so I had to pay for the insurance plus 20% of the repair.(from the full price, not discounted- which came up to be like 1/2 price of what it cost me) Customer service didn't help, they were very mean! After two weeks I went to take the glasses but it was delayed for another two weeks because "UPS lost the box". I asked to expedite it for less than 12 days wait, it could take much less and I need it. She just hanged up on me.They will never see me there again! Neither my husband or my son! I can't believe this customer service the way they treat people is disgusting.

I have been coming to this Eyelab, which just happens to also be in my area for about 4 years. I have gotten contacts and glasses from them, more contacts tho. I have always had good service here, tho it's a service different from some. If they are slow some days they can see you but otherwise make an appointment. It's easy! Let's say you go for the day. After check in, they have a small wait area. They never have made me wait more than 25mins, someone will also check on you from time to time. They have a TV, no coffee or tea tho, so bring snacks. They are very nice. Everything is clean also. Now once you get in the exam room, there isn't a ACTUAL PHYSICAL doctor, there is one but she exams you virtually. The exam is fully virtual. There a big screen where you can see the doctor and she sees and hears you. But shes not the type to makes you feel bad about being blind or is impatient. Though virtual, she was very nice and patient with me. Really took her time until I got the perfect match. Don't worry she'll control the different lens from her end :). Once done you sign, pay and leave. They text or email you when it's time to pick up. PS: I have astigmatism in both eyes and where special contacts. I was very comfortable and my contacts are perfect as usual, the prices are also good. Over I'd recommend!

Jesse and Dawn are very knowledgeable and wonderful at what they do. This place is so amazing! I highly suggest you bring your family and friends if you want to feel like you're really being cared for. They listen and they are observant of your needs. You can ask questions freely. It's clean and organizing inside. Everyone greets you with a smile and they definitely work hard to ensure that you leave happy and comfortable with your new eye glasses!! I walked in and was immediately greeted, asked if I needed help, asked questions and got the answers I needed, the eye exam was maybe 10-15mins or less, and after only took another 20min or less total to get checked out. I did the BOGO promo for two glasses and used my old frame for one of them. I'm excited to get my new pairs in and be able to see clearly again lol

DO NOT go here if you're looking to get a correct prescription. I ended up getting an eye exam here because it had been a while since my last eye exam, and the prescription that I received was so radically different from my old prescription, that I went to ANOTHER company for a second opinion. The tech rushed through the eye exam and the fact that the new prescription that I got from another office is different from the one I received from Stanton is scary. I generally don't write reviews but these are people's eyes that you could potentially mess up with your unqualified technicians behind the wheels of your equipment. I won't return.

Dinesh was of fantastic help! He was helpful from the time I walked in the door! I highly recommend Dinesh and the team at Stanton Optical for all your Eyewear needs!
