Just came to bring new glasses to add my prescription. But apparently it was a bad time due to the male working there was saying someone else was going to help me because he was leaving in 20 mins and than was getting frustrated by the question I ask about adding another thing to my glasses .
He was annoyed and mad . Felt like I was being rushed to have the glasses how I wanted due to the fact he wanted to leave . I replied with I no longer wanna continue I will be going to the main store that had better customer service.
First and last time . Never going to a new location .
Now heading to the original location by Ross to be treated better not feeling rush .
