Doctors Optical of Homestead

Now I see why this place has so many bad reviews I placed an order for glasses to see and they told me it would be ready by the 16th I left to a trip came back a week later then they still said my glasses aren't ready I been trying to contact this place no answer I left a message no call back no updates I have to ask my wife family member who associates with this place the service is absolutely terrible they gave me temp glasses in the mean time soon I cleaned them they broke and I had to pay for another frame like this is ridiculous now it's the new month and still haven't heard back from this absolutely terrible with keeping up with what they gotta do

Horrible customer service. Phone is never answered by optical ... spent all day calling .

Sometimes service can be rude and glasses expensive, but Dr's are good.

Terrible staff, the one in the front desk is very rude every woman there is rude!!!!

Lo que pedi no fue lo que me hicieron, los espejuelos de mi nino los pedi igual q los de los dos anos anteriores para q con la luz del sol se oscureciera y no lo pusieron en la orden, segun ellos para q fueran asi tendria q pagar todo el procesos porque ya los habia mandado a hacer asi, el trabajo es pesimo, en mi caso no los recomiendo y me voy de esta clinica, perdieron 3 clientes por mal trabajo

Las recepcionista muy atentas pero tuve que esperar 3 horas los doctores son pocos y muchos pacientes te ponen en un cuarto te mueven para otro y a seguir esperando 40 minutos mas y el doctor no Yego aver Ami hija y me tuve que salir del cuarto

La peor experiencia en mi vida .Los cristales de mis espejuelos lo tuvieron que hacer 6 veces y final mente no puedo ver bien ,la medida de la vista la hicieron 2 veces pague por los espejuelos 670 $ y no me sirven, los lentes de contacto tampoco sirven, a pesar de que se demoraron 6 meses para darme los espejuelos, es una pena que haya lugares como ese .
