Placed on hold three separate times while trying to schedule an appointment, and nobody returned back to the line. Hung up on multiple times --no greeting, no explanation, just pure disrespect. Went inside and was treated horrible as well, my insurance advised that they added stuff we didn't need just to charge it up!

Scheduled an appointment which I was reminded for confirmed 4 times. Arrived on time and waited for 30 mins finally asked an employee when I'd be seen she said "I don't know" so I asked do you have a time frame and she stated " not anytime soon". I said in the next 30 minutes? She said "ohhh no not for quite some time." So if I'm late you reschedule me and if I'm on time I wait for over an hour?? Unprofessional and no regard for peoples time. I'll never go back I recommend no one does.

I am beyond frustrated with this place. All I wanted to do was reschedule an appointment for my senior mother, and instead, I got a crash course in how NOT to run a front desk.
First and foremost, the employee answering the phone didn't speak English or even attempt to help me. I was put on hold three separate times, and not once did anyone bother to come back. On my fourth attempt, they picked up and immediately hung up on me--no greeting, no explanation, just pure rudeness.
The lack of professionalism and basic phone etiquette is mind-blowing. It's not just poor service--it's disrespectful and insulting. If you don't want to do your job, then go elsewhere. The staff (especially the ladies answering calls) need serious training--or a a free subscription to Duo Lingo to learn the ways to communicate with clients.
Do better. People's time and patience aren't disposable. Between my calls and this post, I've wasted 30+ minutes.

I visited this location and the ladies were nice and respectful very helpful. Sucks when you try to call though to check up on your orders or appointments . No one ever answers the phone , and I never got a follow up or call back, But the doctor is nice listened to my concerns and questions seemed attentive .I rate this place a solid 7 on a scale of 6 on a scale of 1 being bad and ten good . Only because the follow up0 after you appointment doesn't exist. But nice place overall.

I had my eyes examed by a technician that did not listen when I was saying that I was able to see the letters but I saw them with a double line and not clear.
I was never advised that after having my eyes check by the technician the Dr. was going to see me and let me go.

Everyone at this location is terrible. I'll never be visiting again! Lack of consideration for their patients. The ladies in the front are doing things whatever way they want. They don't call you to confirm an appointment, they don't call to let you know when the glasses are ready or have arrived. When my daughter couldn't see out of her glasses they tried to charge $170 for an eye exam! Never in my life have I even heard of such a price for a regular eye exam!! Very disappointed in the service I received and I will not stop until accountability is taken!!!!!!!!!!
