I called and spoke with a lady named Maggie. She was so attentive. I needed to change my insurance and get my contacts. Not only did she get the insurance and name change done but called back and suggested I come and get a pair of the contacts to try. I had two prescriptions over the last year and she wanted to get it right. She was kind and thorough. Thank you Maggie your the best

Ms Maggie in the eye glasses department is a miracle worker i bought in my aunt glasses that were only trash worthy but after she got her hands on them they belong on a trophy mount! Very nice, welcoming,polite, and informative. Whatever yall paying her isnt enough!

GRIEVANCE FILED!
Avoid this place at all costs!!! The location at SW 288 Street is terrible when it comes down to knowledge and good customer service. I had been bringing my family here for years until this horrible experience with Heidi. The employee Heidi is the most condescending person I've met. She's extremely impatient and very rude! She makes smart remarks to the other employees about you right in your face as if you don't hear her. She even said that she does "other things to people to get them back." She's VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and she should not have direct contact with the public!
In addition to her rude behavior, I had to make a report to the insurance company about this location because they messed up my insurance claim and caused me to pay money out of pocket and lose my annual benefits. I will not be doing business with them again. But luckily I knew to contact the insurance company to file a complaint and address this issue, as they are assisting me with this matter. So for everyone else who may not know, you CAN file a grievance against these people when they treat you poorly or rip you off!

The Worst - Scamming people out of money.
I have Medicaid and Simply health, I called and spoke to a very competent person who researched my ins. And said I get two free pairs of glasses. When I arrived there was a horrible ogre of a rude person named Maggie that tried to scam me for $80. I showed her my email communication with the prior phone rep and she replied rudely she isn't here today. Don't trust these people
