Absolutely the best optometrist I've ever seen. Answered all of my questions before I even asked.... Dr. Darren was informative throughout the entire exam and front staff nurses and technicians were extremely helpful in finding me comfortable stylish glasses which were more than affordable. I waited 12 years as a kw resident to visit this office, don't wait as long as I did, give them a try and see for yourself!

Terrible customer service. You call, they keep you on hold, and then they hang up on you. My eye exam was completely awful; they prescribed a lens that really affected my vision. Then they were slow to order my new contact lenses with the previous prescription, since the last exam was so bad. They sent me a new prescription that made it so I could barely see TV. I feel like they need to change the staff. I don't recommend them to anyone.

Horrible, both mine and my husband prescription have been wrong 2x. The old man needs to retire or they need new exam equipment. Complete waste of time. Do not recommend. For the price of what they charge this should be top notch service and a usable product

This clinic does not give the correct measures they should change the work staff to both me and my husband the measures were not ideal and several people say about the same topic they should remove the staff very bad quality of work I do not recommend it to anyone my worst experience

Oppenheimer Eye Clinic is truly outstanding. After a bad experience elsewhere, I'm so glad I made the switch. From the warm welcome by Maria and Fabiana at the front desk to Ashley's amazing help picking out glasses, everyone made me feel cared for. Fabiana also went above and beyond with scheduling and insurance, something no other place could figure out. Dr. D was professional and kind, and Bri, my technician, made the exam a breeze. This clinic sets the standard: efficient, positive, and genuinely caring.

Phenomenal. The Oppenheimer team, or family really, with their advanced technology were able to spot a serious issue that would've nearly left me permanently blind. They directed me to the best eye institute in the US in Miami and checked on me every step of the way. They would even message me from their personal phone after hours to ensure I was getting properly treated because they understood the severity of the issue. I've never received this level of care from any medical provider. What an amazing group of people!!
