This has my husbands name because I'm using his phone. Great staff! I'm recovering just fine and couldn't be happier But... I want to take a moment to share my appreciation for Morgan. My daughter Lexi works with her, and I recently had surgery on October 21st. My daughter couldn't be there with me, but she asked Morgan who happened to be working at the surgery center that day to please keep an eye on me because I was very nervous. Even though I had only met Morgan once before during an office visit, she went out of her way to check on me whenever she could. She took the time to reassure me that everything would be okay, and her kindness and calm demeanor truly helped ease my anxiety. When I woke up from surgery, hers was the first voice I heard, and that made all the difference. I had my second surgery on October 28th, and Morgan wasn't there that day. Even though I had already gone through the process once, I found myself much more nervous and I honestly think it was because Morgan made that much of a difference the first time. Morgan didn't have to do any of this, but she went above and beyond for someone she barely knew. Her compassion, professionalism, and genuine care meant the world to me, and I'll never forget it. I called this morning asking for an appt for a double eye infection, the scheduler said be here 9:40, i arrived 9:35. I waited for 2 hrs 20 mins and wasn't seen. The employees kept saying the dr had to see the appts first. 1. Why schedule even a "fit in" appt if you are clearly overbooked already. The level of unprofessionalism is absurd. I had to walk out because my kids get out of school at 12:15. After leaving i recieved a text saying im sorry you couldnt make your appt, excuse me i made my appt- sat there 2 hrs 20 mins- it was your dr. Who didnt make the appt. This is assanine.

Grossly overpriced for simple exam done by the technician. Saw the "doctor" less than 5 minutes. Had to wait well over an hour after appointment time. Saw several people walk out. Charged me $68.00 copay, my insurance paid $172.00 and now they want another $105.00 from me. Don't give these people your business.

What should have been no more than a 1 hour appointment took 3 hours! I have insurance and was not told they only accept the Medicare part of my dual complete insurance, so I wasn't prepared to have to pay a deductible up front. Overall I was not happy with my experience at this business.

I've brought my granny here 3 times now because she needs new glasses. She's been seen twice, each time we had to wait 3+ hours after her appointment time (which we've always been 15+ minutes early for). We waited 2 hours after her appointment time today before asking what was taking so long, the receptionist told us "there are still people who had appointments at 9 that haven't been seen" it was 11:45 at that time. Idk if they're just ver booking patients or if the doctors are just impossible to keep on track. I understand emergencies but waiting HOURS when you have an appointment is crazy to me. My granny never even got a new prescription for glasses after two appointments so every trip we made up there was wasted.

They are very slow. Brought my Mom in 15 minutes early and she has currently been in the office for 2 hours and still counting. Hardly anyone in the waiting room. Bathrooms are filthy with trash overflowing as the ladies just sit behind the desk giggling at one another. Hoping the Doctor is better than the office.

Wife's appoint at 3:10, simple dilation and exam, finally seen at 5:10 (after closing). When she complained was casually told that she could have just left. This is shameful and uncaring treatment of patients. Would not recommend this place.

Staff is very nice, office is clean, BUT the wait is Very Long, the office is cold and the exam rooms are colder. For the elderly patients or dementia patients it's just too long of a wait. We had a 930 am appointment and didn't see the Dr until 11:25
