I tried to ask if they accepted my insurance and evidently I wasn't being fast enough for "Kayleigh". No one in Lake City seems to accept VSP. Sorry that I pay for vision coverage and work for a living. Sorry that I'm trying to find an optometrist who accepts the only vision plan offered at my job. And even more Sorry that I'm trying to save my vision, and practice safe healthcare by attempting to get medical intervention for my struggling eye sight. I didn't think that patients wanted a nurse with bad vision. But I guess it doesn't matter.

I give this place 0 stars!!!!! Office staff Extremely rude and unprofessional! Didn't seem like they had a clue of what was going on in the office. Horrible experience! Nearly a three hour wait! Then asked to come back the next day! Think twice before going here! Be prepared to be there all day, and be treated like you are not wealthy of being in there office.......
