Best vision care providers ever! The entire staff were excellent! I was seen by Dr. Stephanie Row. She was amazingly thorough compared to my eye exams from previous years at other offices. The technicians are top notch & are truly there to help you! My mother was seen by Dr. Julie Owens. She showed extraordinary patience & compassion as she examined the 87 year youngster! This experience was worth the wait...you can't rush excellence! Kudos to you ALL! P.S. Shannon girl, you ROCK!

I felt that the whole experience was exceptional. Everyone was very welcoming, caring and professional. I had one cataract surgery done in November, and plan to have the next surgery completed in January or February. I will recommend this surgery center to everyone I know. Margaret A. Du Valeus R.N.

Everyone at this practice is so sweet! The lil lady at the front desk greeted me with a sweet smile! Also wonderful to see Dr. Foreman! Dr. David was superior the way he explained the exam. I have been a patient at this practice since the age of 19 and everyone has been nothing but kind and helpful. I highly recommend this practice!

They were able to get my in for an exam within a week which was good and the staff was nice. Once I had may exam and ordered my glasses that is where it went down hill. I was told my glasses would be ready in about a week to a week and half. Two weeks later and still no glasses. I call trying to get info and no one has an answer. No estimate on when they will be available, no return calls, no communication what so ever. Very quick to take your money but that is all. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else if you are able to, if customer service is important to you. P.S. Still waiting on my glasses

I had my eyes checked and glasses made at this location years ago. The eye exam went smoothly and the doctor was great, but the rest of the staff was another story. I had an issue with my glasses that resulted in me at a loss. Since several years have passed I decided to try to schedule an appointment hoping the service may have improved. This place never answers the phone or returns voicemails. Guess that answers my question.

First of all we weren't told that the Live Oak office was closed and that we had to go to the Lake City office. So after we found a ride to Lake City for our 3:00 and 3:15 appointments in the afternoon we were finally seen by the eye Dr. 2 hours later. The eye Dr. was wonderful, along with the staff. I want to say we only had to wait that long because the other eye Dr. was out, and the one that seen us was covering for him, plus the Live Oak office patients. So I'm sure it's usually not that long of a wait. The only other thing was because it was so late in the evening, I felt pressured to pick my frames for my glasses, also that every pair you tried on had to go in the basket to be cleaned. So I felt bad because I knew they would have to clean every pair I touched, and felt they would have to be there longer to clean them all. So I picked the second one I tried on I'll find out how they are whenever my application is approved and they call me back to pick them up. So the wait was terrible but the service, Eye Dr. and the staff were wonderful.

Since I have no vision insurance I paid a little less then $200 for a exam and a pair of much needed glasses. I was also given my eye script so I could shop around, I need good shades. So happy to see again it's been 8 years since my last exam way to long.

I love my new Dr. Foreman. Very thorough and takes time to go over every aspect of the exam and results. I''m afraid I'd be remiss not to mention the poor state of the chairs in the waiting rooms. There's one in the small waiting room down the hall that's nothing but springs covered with some old leather (pleather?) !! (YOU know the one!) Haven's Attic Resale Store always has nice chairs. . .not costing a fortune. Check 'em out!!
