Dr Cole and his staff went above & beyond to not only have new glasses ready the same day, but to refer me to an ophthalmologist in Gainesville to check for glaucoma. They requested my old records from Miami to compare and then referred me. I highly recommend.

I ordered glasses online with my Walmart prescription and the glasses seemed off. Walmart's person isn't in until Monday so I gave these guys a call. Tyler was super nice on the phone and said I could come in anytime and they could take a look. When I went in I was met by a lady who was extremely RUDE to me. She got an attitude straight away that I didn't get my prescription done with them. I told her "You don't have to check them," but she did it with even more attitude. I'm greatful to Tyler for checking them still. I went in considering switching doctors and buying a pair of glasses since I haven't had good luck online, but she ruined it.

I came in the store today to buy new frames and to get lenses Sharon is very polite and professional and very knowledgeable. Thank you ,and to dr coal for doing my eye exam. All the staff are very friendly .thank you mandy.

Thank you so much Dr Cole for your quick action. Had some floaters and slight inpaired vision this morning , called his office explained my situation they told me come in as soon as u can we will fit you in , they did just that cheched my eyes found the cause and gave me a fallow up appointment ,staff was awesome . Highly recommend Dr. Cole

Went in on a Saturday as a call ahead, walk in (no appointment). Had a bit of an emergency. He helped me out tremendously and did not overcharge me. Made getting thru the weekend 100 times easier, till I can get to my eye dr (he's out of network). Wish all businesses operated like he does.

Absolutely LOVE my new glasses!! They turned out PERFECT Dr Cole DEFINITELY is by far the best eye doc in town HANDS DOWN.. And VERY friendly staff. I will be a forever patient Thank you all for all your help today

Today was Saturday and my usual Eye Dr was not open. I was scared to wait till Monday to get my eye checked, I was referred to Dr. Cole and very thankful that I was. Dr Cole and his staff were amazing. Dr Cole was very thorough with my exam and explained everything that was happening to me. I have a follow up exam in 6 weeks, unless I have further problems, then I will be seen sooner and I will definitely be back.
