Great doctor, but something fishy is going on with their invoicing and billing procedures. Pay attention to your charges people. For the life of me I can not figure out what my insurance covered and Rosa in the office was no help. She couldn't explain it either. Will not be back as I can not trust an office that doesn't even know how to explain their own invoices. Further, It was an absolute nightmare trying to get a pair of sunglasses. The pair I picked had blue lenses. Exactly why I chose them. When Rosa presented the invoice for them I questioned why I was paying for grey polarization when I do not want grey lenses. I specifically stated I want the lenses to look exactly like the demo pair. She brushed it off just to make a sale apparently. When the glasses arrived with grey lenses of course I was not happy. Mainly because I saw this coming and took preventive measures.... and here we are. Exactly what I knew was going to happen simply because Rosa just did not care, did not listen, who knows. Her customer service in dealing with the problem she caused and could have prevented was just absurd. I eventually took a refund for them because they couldn't get them right, but the thing is.... was I refunded correctly? I still can't figure out how much the pair was. Rosa couldn't tell me that either.

Eyz Optical's new office is beautiful and efficient. Dr G was professional, patient, thorough, and strongly invested in getting the best outcome for me as a first-time contact user. He took time to fully explain conditions and options throughout the process. Rosa did an outstanding job of coordinating appointments and trial lenses. I'm so grateful for the patience and perseverance Dr G and Rosa showed in getting me the best vision I could have. Thank you!!!

This was the best doctor visit I have ever had. My mom and I felt right at home with Doctor G and Rosa in that cozy office! Doctor Giardina was so thorough and explained everything about our eyes in ways we understood. Highly recommend this office and I wish more Primary Care doctors were like Doctor G!

Excellent doctor who thoroughly examines your eyes and explains the images taken during the exam. Rosa efficiently runs the office and is very knowledgeable and detail oriented. Highly recommend this office.

Great Optometrist. Actually takes the time to help me understand what is going on with my eyes in ways I can comprehend. Excellent staff as well. Presented my options for glasses or contacts clearly and didn't pressure me to make an immediate decision. This eye clinic is about patient care. Not trying to just make a profit.

I was scheduled with this doctor when he was working at vision works 2 months ago. The visit went well which is why I do not feel right leaving one star. I got fitted for contacts and an eye exam. However, the prescription for both has been wrong. I have gone back to vision work several times to tweak the prescription a little which ended up still being wrong. It takes time to send glasses back and receive them, send contacts back and then receive them (2x for each) to determine that they are still wrong. I called vision works 2 weeks ago just to find out that the doctor is no longer there. So they gave me the information for his new location. I called today to be told that I would be charged $69 for an exam when the prescription was wrong to begin with. It's not my fault that it takes time to to tweak prescriptions and get the glasses back, not to mention the holidays and having to find out where he's located.

Nice place good people. Followed over from visionworks. Quick appointment like as soon as I asked for appointment. Ordered some Oakleys for my old eyez. Little bit regressive- I like the home town feel and reliability. I got that there.

They are an amazing team. They very thorough with there examinations. They truly care about their patients.
