America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Great place. Excellent costumer service after having bad experience with the optometrist in eye glass world we decided to come to America's Best in Eustis Florida. The optometrist here, is very patient and polite. The associate Daniela is attentive and professional, answered all the questions and concerns that I had. Thank you...! Definitely me and my family are staying with America's Best.

I recently visited America's Best, Leesburg location, for my annual eye exam. I am from Michigan, wintering in Florida. Needless to say, Americas Best was by far the BEST experience I have ever had with regard to an optometrist and his/her staff!!! From the assistant who performed my eye exams to the optometrist herself, to Evan who helped me with picking out new glasses.....exceptional service! Professional, respectful, great attitudes, friendly, just wonderful! Whatever management is hiring, great work, you have an amazing staff!

This review does not include anything about the glasses I ordered as I will not get them for 2 weeks. I will update this review then to complete it. But I need to highly praise my associate that helped me with this order. Chandlier was terrific! She patiently guided me through this process and helped me make good decisions giving me all the facts I needed to do so. The staff at this location were so kind and knowledgeable also, but Chandlier was tops! Looking forward to getting my new pair of glasses soon.

I arrived 11 minutes late for my appointment, fully aware of the 10-minute late policy and prepared to accept the outcome. Kayla at the front desk was extremely kind and handled the situation professionally by checking with the doctor. Unfortunately, Mike was extremely rude and spoke loudly in front of other patients, saying the office was "jam packed" and that I would not be seen if the doctor didn't respond. When the doctor approved the appointment, Mike visibly expressed his frustration by shaking his head in front of everyone. This created a very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. Policies can be enforced without embarrassing patients. I will not be returning.

Mike was really nice replaced my daughters broken glasses. She was in tears of not able to see well and he made her day with helping wit frame replacement. Five stars cystomer service !! I cannot appreciate enough what they did for my daughter!! Thank you again for all you do !! You are the best...

UPDATE: I spoke with Mike on the phone. He fixed the below complaints and gave us an incentive to come back as customers. Once again Chandler was amazing and so were the doctor. Thank you Mike for rectifying this. On November 25th my gf paid almost $500 for a 6 month supply. 1 week later we recieved part of the order but the prescription was wrong. So she had to do ANOTHER exam which we did not have to pay for but they played it off like they were doing us a favor for their error. It is over a month later now and she is still waiting on a third of her order. Trust and believe we will be getting a refund. The whole process was annoying because after telling them what her prescription was they still wanted to adjust her prescription and even after that the prescription delivered was still wrong. Clearly there is lack of leadership. When it came to make the actual purchase, Evan who clearly needs to be retrained did not care at all what our budget was. He was DETERMINED to sell the package he sold us, to the point we felt like we had no other option to buy the upsell. Felt incredibly uncomfortable as a customer. Evan pretty much forced us into this situation and 1 month later we still don't have our full order. Doctor who conducted the eye exam was great and professional. Chandlier was incredibly curtious and professional. Seems like the biggest problem is Evan.

What an awesome experience- everyone from the receptionist to the Dr was super friendly and helpful - answering all my questions clearly and with no judgement. I hadn't had an eye exam in some time because I was super dreading it...I will never dread it again. 10/10 recommend!

Not very happy with this new location. It reminds me of clinics where the customer was always at fault. Not very helpful. They got my prescription and eye glasses wrong and then when I follow up, they make me feel like I did something wrong. No 5 stars from me. I've been a customer for 4 years, I will not be returning to this location.
