This was my first experience at Fishman and Sheridan. They are excellent! Dr. Pluas was amazing and spent so much time explaining and educating me throughout my exam. He was thorough and so patient. Cherish, assisted him with my exam, and she was professional, accommodating and thorough as well. Greg, the OD, spent so much time with me making sure the glasses I choose were a perfect fit and explained the various options for glasses.
Never did I feel rushed through my appointment. The front office staff was so welcoming and professional. Great customer service. Thank you everyone at Fishman and Sheridan!

This rating is not for Dr. Pluas so much as it is for the office. Dr Pluas is great- very thorough and takes time. However, to get through to someone to actually assist with trial contact lenses is next to impossible. I have called and left messages every Monday for the last 5 weeks to resolve trials that are not working. I should not have to call every week to get an answer. So here goes it for message #7 and we'll see. Perhaps I will start calling every 15 minutes after tomorrow when I once again do not receive a call back. Terrible office staff
