Walmart Vision Center experience with outstanding. Everybody have interacted with has given superb service it's almost like you're not even in a walmart. I've been wearing glasses for over 30 years now. In the last couple years, I've purchased several pairs of glasses (4) from the Vision Center in Walmart on Citrus Blvd, Leesburg, Fla. They carry major brands and labels, and the service I received there, including after the sale, has been flawless, 5+ stars! The staff is among the most friendly I've ever encountered. The quality of the service, the product and the delivery of the product is unsurpassed. I've come to know most of the staff there because they are always so friendly and helpful. I can't help but stick my head in and say hello. The last pair of regular glasses I bought from them have likely been the best pair I've had in the past 20 years. They are stylish (like that matters to a 70 year old man) but I see perfectly with them and I love them! At Christmas time, I decided to take them up on a sale they had on Ray Ban Meta sunglasses. You know, the Tom Cruise looking Dick Tracy glasses with Bluetooth that connects to my phone so I can listen to music or talk while I'm looking. I love the camera, too! I'm a motorcycle enthusiast and use them like a Go-Pro to record segments of riding my bike. They will take both pictures and videos and then send them to the app on my phone. I love them. They make me look younger, way cooler than I am and they do cool stuff! I highly recommend them! I had prescription lenses put in mine and the quality of that work is unsurpassed. I got so excited about these, that I bought a pair for my son as a Christmas gift! (He loves his, too!) Wonderful staff, great customer service, quality products at an affordable price. Can't beat it. I've heard a few people complain about telehealth doctors but that's not unique to Walmart. Lot's of places use these services and it's not a bad experience at all, especially with the onset of tele-healthcare offered by many corporations today!!! The staff at the Leesburg Vision Center works hard to assure people have near perfect vision when they leave. Isn't that the point? It's works for me every time I buy from them. When I weigh the positives against the negatives in my experience, the value of doing business with the Vision Center in Leesburg is a no-brainer! Quality at a very competitive price! It's the perfect combination. Go see 'em and see for yourself!

My Mom's vision went bad fast and she needed glasses fast. Lee walked Mom through each step. She had specific wants for her glasses. Rather than wander, Lee showed Mom the best choices for her needs. She found glasses and sunglasses that were stylish for her. Mom got a discount buying 2 pairs of glasses. This department answers phones, answers questions and does a great job. I highly recommend this optical dept. We will return again.

Lee and the great staff at The vision center have always been extremely interactive and epitomize customer service. The prices and the quality make it the place that I always go for vision. Today, on the 5th of November 2024 I walked in to get a repair on glasses I was very impressed with the young ladies that worked on my glasses, so I promised them I would give them five stars, Once again Lee has impressed me by actually finding a prescription that I thought had lapsed. I'm also very impressed by remote examinations! I walk in for repair I end up buying two brand new pairs, that is called salesmanship and real customer service! So thank you everyone I made a promise I just fulfilled it!

Dawn and the other woman that assisted my nephew & I today at Walmart Vision center were literal angels!! They noticed us buying nose pads & offered to put them on & adjust my nephews glasses. They were so informative & helpful, offering suggestions. We were both so grateful for their kindness. Good customer service is so hard to come by these days, and these women nailed it.

I went to the Leesburg Walmart Vision & Glasses. The Walmart in Leesburg went to virtual eye exams in the last 5 months. The tele-optometry visit was great. The test included tonometry, auto refraction, lensometry, retinal imaging, visual field testing, slit lamp examination and pupil testing. After the tests were conducted a doctor came on line through computer and discussed the test results. Worked well. The tests conducted cost $99.
