My husband just had an eye appointment there today and I do have to say that the experience was overall great. They were a little slow to start, but once they got us back there it was amazing. They listened and made us feel like we were understood. We we definitely be coming back to them for more appointments.

Went to Columbus Eye back in March of 2024. Had an appointment and they saw me on time. Had a really good eye exam and was satisfied with that. Long story short... doctor came in to tell me results of exam. He was more interested in some dry flakes of forehead in my eyebrows than the results. Left the examination room to the front desk to get appointed for cataract surgery. The was told it would be 6 months for that to happen. I asked for prescription to get some temporary glasses. I waited for awhile and finally was told it was ready yet.... they would email me. A couple days later, I received the email. The PD was not included on the prescription. I ordered some glasses elsewhere and couldn't see much better than the old glasses. Then I found out the prescription was incorrect. I would not recommend this place.

Heavy set blond clerk was very rude and dismissive, behaved like an angry troll. I didn't even try to make an appointment - i just left. I'm paying out of pocket so I will spend my money elsewhere. I had been sent there to see an ophthalmologist for a cataract consult and was told I needed a full exam by one of their optometrists first and would only then be permitted to see an ophthalmologist if they felt it was necessary. No thank you.

My eye had been hurting for 2 days. Made a call to this doctor, they were able to get me a early afternoon appointment. Only waited for 10 min when I was seen. Found out I hadapiece of metal in my eye. The DR. had it outinlessthan a min. 2 days later no pain or anything. Would recommend 100 times over

Called and made appointment for both of my kids, gave them all my insurance info and waited 2 weeks for the appointment. My son's glasses broke and I was really counting the days so I could order his new glasses. Check the kids out of school early, husband took the day off to be there also. When we got there they said I could pay cash, I told them I have insurance and I already gave them all the info over the phone. They said they don't take my insurance and acted like it was my fault. Never even said sorry. Big waste of our time! Never again!

I love it here. When I go in for appointments I barely have to wait to be called back. I've seen Dr. Boone in the past and the last couple years I've seen Dr. Rowe. They're both excellent! Dr. Stephanie Rowe is seriously one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet!
