Was awesome with my daughter BUT Please update your office hours on your building and website. Not to mention when you tell someone their glasses are ready make sure you inform them that you are closed on mondays and not tell them they can pick them up at anytime. I just rushed to get there before closing and you were never open.

Today poor customers service, lack of communication when they call you about. Your child eye glasses. One of the staff after I told her I was just calling back to let them know I got the message. She huh at me. Instead saying Thank you for calling us we appreciated. This wasn't customer service at all.

The stuff and doctor was great with my little 7 year old girl its was her first eye exam and was scared they told her every little thing they was going to do and was super,answer all my questions. I just love them she goes back in one year to get her new glasses.

I went to this eyecare center they over charge me 270.00 by not running my insurance the correct way promised I would get a full refund I went back an forth with them for over a month still didnt receive my refund I had to end up calling my bank to receive my money back I will never visit the eyecare center again I dont do business with ppl who cheat you....
