I have been using Vision Specialists of Central Florida for thirteen years, and have always received excellent treatment and care. Dr. Kelly is personable and knowledgeable and takes her time with your exam and corrections whatever they may be! You receive personalized attention here, not just rotating people in and out like other large chain establishments. Absolutely the Best!

Love this office & Love Dr Kelly! It's 2 years now and by far.. the most comprehensive eye exam my husband & I've had in years!! I was going to an Eye Specialist recommend under my insurance; It was big, impersonal & run like a factory. This office brings me back to the personalized experience that I remember.

Dr Kelly was Amazing with my 3 year old, we went in due to issues and come to find out she has allergies, she was super helpful very attentive and great with little ones! I don't live here anymore but we will be back for our once a year exam now.

Unfortunately in my case, my experience is not so great. I had an appointment on first week of January today is 1/28 and I still don't have my glasses. The pack follow up makes the matter worse.

I've gotten excellent care here for 30yrs. Doctors are excellent and thorough. It's amazing what they can do for children with eye therapy. Dr Kelly is a wonderful addition!! Excellent office to deal with.

I've been a patient here on and off for over 20 years, but it had been about four years since I last visited this office. I'm so glad I decided to come back. This was my first time seeing Dr. Kelly, and I can't say enough good things about her. She's not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but she also has a warm, approachable demeanor that instantly puts you at ease. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer all my questions, and ensure I felt confident in the care I was receiving. It's clear she genuinely cares about her patients and their well-being, which made my experience exceptional. The entire staff is equally kind, professional, and welcoming, which added to this visit and my overall experience. As for some of the other review/comments about pricing--this is a for-profit business, like any other in our society. They charge what their services and products are worth, and it's up to you to determine if you find value in them. Just like location, if cost isn't ideal for some, there are always other options. That said, I'm confident that anyone who interacts with Dr. Kelly and this team will quickly understand why they have so many glowing reviews. Highly recommend!

Dr Kelly is more than my optometrist. She works with me on an eye care plan for my diabetes and monitoring several eye disorders to make sure my eyes are as healthy as can be. I appreciate how she takes time to explain the progress we are making with the plan and options for treatment. So glad to have her as part of my care team.
