I would love to go back here. The first time I visited, I had a great experience. The doctor was excellent, and I absolutely loved my glasses.
Unfortunately, the office staff was unable to log into their insurance portal to verify my new insurance. Because of that, I wasn't able to move forward and now have to find a new eye doctor, which was disappointing given how much I liked everything else.

I had a great experience at Clarkson. I arrived for my appointment on the wrong day and at the wrong time! Still wondering how I did that! But, instead of making me reschedule or come back on the correct day at the correct time, they took me right then and there I was quite impressed with how nicely and professionally they handled my faux pas. Also had a very thorough eye exam and chose my new glasses from a great selection of options.

We visited this office on January 15 after our pediatrician recommended an eye exam for our 5-year-old daughter, who has been dealing with persistent headaches. After the exam, we were told she needed glasses and that they would be ready by January 29.
It is now February 13, and there is still no sign of the glasses.
We have called multiple times to check on the status and are repeatedly told, "we'll check with the lab and get back to you." No one ever follows up. No updates. No accountability.
Meanwhile, they have already billed our insurance and collected our copay, so we are out of pocket with nothing to show for it, while our daughter continues to suffer from headaches that could likely be relieved by the glasses she still doesn't have.
The lack of communication, follow-through, and basic concern for a child's well-being is incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I strongly recommend steering clear of this business.
