Very Disappointing Experience
I purchased high-end Tiffany frames from Pearle Vision expecting premium quality. Within less than a year, the frames fell apart and the lenses scratched badly-- unacceptable for eyewear at this price point. The frame's snapped when I dropped them indoors, the cheap plastic decorative edges fell off and the lenses scratched to a dysfunctional level.
When I contacted the store while the product was still under warranty, I was told to contact Tiffany directly rather than receiving support through Pearle Vision. While the current staff were polite, there has been no real accountability for a product that clearly failed prematurely.
For a company and brand positioned as reputable, both the quality and follow-through were far below expectations. I expected significantly better. I am now left with unusable frames and lenses.

Everyone is so kind and you get your glasses in a timely manner. I have moved about 30 minutes away but still go to this location because I am happy with the service and selection of glasses. The manager Alicia is amazing! She helps me through my selection of glasses every time and I always leave feeling pretty and confident about my choice! I had an outstanding experience at this optometrist office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly organized. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly, answer my questions, and make sure I felt completely comfortable during the exam. BUYER BEWARE! Called yesterday to schedule eye appointment for multifocal contacts. I had them verify insurance and was told the entire eye appointment was $0 and only responsible for the $39 retinal exam. The optometrist was great. The issue arose when i was sent to buy glasses. I was told I had to pay $90 for the contact exam. I explained what occurred yesterday. The lady said she would speak to the manager and I said I would too. She then told me she was the manager. She pulled some random guy aside and kept saying I would have to pay and he nodded along. This is bait & switch. Go in eyes wide open...no pun intended.

Got my glasses here, when I went to pick up my micheal kors glasses, the glasses case was in poor quality...I honestly feel like somebody switch there old one for my new ones. The glasses case looked old and was falling apart. If I'm gonna pay for some pricey glasses...I expect something with good quality and well made. I had to drive back and show them the glasses case they gave me was falling apart, broken, and scratched up. They replaced it with a brand new one. It was completely different from the ones they gave me. Iike I said I feel like somebody switch there old ones for my new ones.

I had a great experience at this location. Everyone was very nice and professional.
Update: I had my appointment on January 20th and I got my glasses that following Saturday, however, I also asked them to change the lenses in my sunglasses that I already owned and I have yet to get them back. Someone tell me if it's normal for their glasses or sunglasses to take 3 weeks to get back please.
