this is the place! top notch all the way. i had cataracts removed from both eyes on successive fridays, and i'm a pretty anxious person. everyone there went above and beyond to make the experience stellar--and it was! no waiting, smack on time appointments, cheerful demeanors, and no more cataracts! they're even going to bat with the pharmacy to explain that i have two eyes and so need two simultaneous, identical prescriptions, not just refills a month apart! i have no further eyes to do but if i did, i'd definitely do them there!
This brand new location is spacious and beautiful. When I was there, there were two others in the waiting room. The staff person at the front desk was very pleasant and efficient. I was called into the examination room right at my appointment time. The nurse/technician was courteous and proficient. Then Dr. Stuntz entered the room. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I loved the way he answered questions and explained things in layman's terms. The whole visit experience was impressive. I'm glad I chose this clinic for my ophthalmological care.
Just love Dr Stuntz but the waits can be overwhelming! Once you're done with the assistants and get dialated they say 10 minutes and I am going on 20 now. The staff is lovely just plan and being plenty bored in between......
Excellent personnel from the receptionist, to the tech, and finally of course Dr Flynn. St. Luke's is the reason i do not use eyeglass store optometrists. I always leave knowing that I am getting the best care possible. Thank you St Like's and a huge thank you to Dr Flynn and her staff!
Amazing customer service. From every corner, from the receptionist Barbara to the doctors. They are absolutely fantastic people who helped tremendously in a time of emergency. I couldn't recommend them more! Thank you so much for all the help and making me feel so welcome. The services were incredibly quick, with no wait time, and honestly, I felt good about everything. Thank you.
My husband needed some eye care. The entire staff was amazing. Everyone was so kind and we were not rushed. They gave us the time needed to explain all our questions and never rushed us. My husband was a bit nervous and so was I, but with their kindness and willingness to take the time to explain everything they helped us to relax about the upcoming procedures If you are having any problems with your eyes and want the BEST treatment and the kindest most helpful people to care for and support you and your family I highly recommend you contact St Lukes.
My husband had a consultation with Dr Lee In Wesley Chapel location and my husband and I were met with friendly faces at the front desk, to Brittany coming by to see if things were on schedule and if we had questions, to even someone informing us as to where the restrooms were since we new to this location. Next, the tech, Katherine, was absolutely great, efficient, kind, and put my husband at ease . A very thorough preliminary exam and tests were done prior to Dr Lee coming in to see him and discuss his options for surgery. Dr Lee was kind, easy to address, and again, very thorough with his explanation and took his time answering all my husbands questions and concerns. It was a great experience and we left feeling people really cared about my husband's condition, and concerns. By far, I would recommend Dr Lee and this staff to all I know.
10/10 The staff here are kind, knowledgeable and extremely professional. I am happy with the service and feel confident that they know what they are doing, I also like that they gave me solution options to choose from.
