Dr. Kato and his staff are very professional, personal and polite! I was extremely satisfied with my visit. I was given the most complete eye exam I've ever had. I feel very comfortable with Dr Kato's diagnosis and knowledge. The communication between Dr.Kato and his staff with the patient is excellent!

Nurse (or whatever she was) did not introduce herself; and brought me into the office where you had to walk through equipment without a clear walkway. She constantly talked towards computer after being told I had hearing problems. When seeing Dr. Cato, I told him that I have always had glasses for reading and for driving, but received no RXs for the same. Cannot reach anyone on what is only one phone for multiple locations; you're kept in a phone queue for hours. Their web site refuses to take a message to send to the staff. Not impressed! Lot's of room for improvement. There is no way that you can contact anyone at this medical practice; seems that if they really cared, you would be able to do so. Also: Later I discovered that the Systane eye drop sample they gave me had expired six months previous to them giving them to me.
