About the Doctor it's fine nice and no problem.
But his store over glasses, they are incompetent, and no management at all, you pay six hundred dollars your glasses, When you pick up the glasses, no boxs, no even tissue to clean the glass and no Technician to adjust your glasses. Very bad experience and even my friend too.

Very friendly and positive experience for contact lens exams. Always immediately greeted and helped by both retail and clinical staff and the doctor is fantastic. Very friendly, yet educated and professional and he has been helpful making sure I find the best options for me without forcing any sales. I never feel pressured to buy at this location specifically but the retail side has also been great. I only wish the prices were lower because even for contact lenses, they are the highest around.

This was a pleasant experience for someone that was dreading an eye exam after 10+ years. The woman that checked me in and did the first portion of my appointment was very kind and patient, and I appreciated that very much. I wish I was able to mention her by name because she deserves the recognition. Dr. Edlund was wonderful and made the exam a breeze. His manor with patients, I have no doubt, is just as personal and comforting with each individual. Mr. Bryan was the one that assisted me with the frames and unfortunately the computer systems went down as I was looking to begin my purchases. We ended up chatting for close to an hour, after he was able to assist someone "offline", and he was a very interesting and professional individual. This staff definitely makes me look forward to my next appointment.
