Geesh was so helpful in replacing the screws in my frames and saving my lenses from falling out. She treated me immediately and saw so kind. Highly recommend her for all your glasses needs

My husband and I had an appointment this past Saturday at LensCrafters. I've only been to America's Best years ago, so I don't have much experience to go by but everything was great, everyone was kind, patient and nice. This is the first time purchasing glasses with an insurance plan, so I wasn't sure on some costs. Terry (she helped get our glasses together and get our order in) was so helpful and quick to get us some information on our insurance pricing and was overall fun to chat with while we did everything. Dr. Kristian and Bev were easy going and very nice to work with for all the different portions of our eye exams. I was very happy with the service, our exams and the glasses selection. Liz made sure to let us know about deals and if we needed any help on frame styles to let her know. Very excited to have our new glasses come in! Thank you to Dr. Kristian, Bev, Liz, and Terry and the rest of the team that we didn't personally speak with. Everyone did great and makes for a great team and for a great glasses/eye exam experience! See you soon when the glasses come in! *Edit: My glasses came in on Thursday (so 4 business days from the past Saturday). So way quicker than I expected! My husbands are supposed to be ready on Monday. So very quick and they turned out great! Got them quick and was on my way! Thank you LensCrafters!!

Definitely appreciated the outstanding service at Lenscrafters in Mary Esther. From the friendly staff to Dr. Kristian Edlund demonstrating a level of care and attention that sets them apart from other vision centers I have been to. In today's world, great customer service is rare, and it's important to recognize it when it's delivered. Thank you to Terry and Grecia with their unwavering help to save me as much money as they could along with my insurance in purchasing glasses and contacts. I can't wait to go back and pick up my glasses which are already in and it hasn't even been 4 days since my appt!

Best experience we have had. Grecia was very sweet and I loved that she gave great recommendations but was not pushy. She explained everything and did everything she could to help us get the most without having to pay an arm and a leg.

I've worked in customer service for years and today I was one of those extremely indecisive customers. I know buying glasses is a huge purchase AND they're front and center on my face... but you'd think I was making a serious life and death decision! Back and forth...I couldn't decide if I wanted two pairs of glasses (regular and sun) or one pair (meta glasses with transition lenses). After what seemed like an eternity and the help of Liz (who was so patient, helpful, and kind) I decided to go with the two separate pairs....... ........Two Minutes Later.......... ......I returned. You see, what happened was I called my mother on my way home to tell her about my long awaited eye appointment and tell her about my glasses debacle (she knows how I am). Talking with her helped me realize I made a mistake...I should've picked the Meta glasses . I turned around and drove back...at this point they close in 10 minutes! Yes, I was that dreadful customer who comes back wanting a refund!!!! I was so embarrassed! I walked In and Liz had already left for the evening and Terry helped me and she was just as helpful! Oh yeah, I forgot to throw in the fact I'm also that customer who pays with 4 separate cards!!!! The manager, Geesh, came over to assist Terry with the refund. Terry & Geesh never made me feel as if they were annoyed with me and ready to leave (their body language matched what they were telling me). They were both helpful and SUPER NICE! My original order was refunded and then I purchased my new glasses (with only 3 cards ;)) and I was out of there by 6:05ish pm. Like I said previously, I've worked in customer service for many years now and currently I'm the GM of a local restaurant...I know how difficult it can be to find associates who are passionate about what they do and who use their expertise on the glasses/lenses to help assist us customers in purchasing the best pair(s) based on our needs/wants. These ladies all deserve a raise....or maybe I can convince them to come work with me (haha). Good Job Ladies-

From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home. The team was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions about frames and lenses. The eye exam was thorough and efficient, and the optometrist explained everything clearly. I appreciated how the staff helped me choose the perfect pair of glasses, offering honest opinions and expert advice. The selection of frames was fantastic, and I never felt rushed or pressured.
