All of the medical staff and front desk personnel were very friendly. Dr. Haft apologized for the wait which I appreciated. I told him no worries I'm retired. Dr. Haft was thorough with the eye exam and efficient. Answered all my questions In and out in no time.

Hi everyone. Well I heard great reviews on here about people getting their cataracts done. I guess I'm going to try him out and see what happens I just hope that I'm put to sleep because the laser is going to really blow my mind because of my vertigo. I heard they can numb you with a needle but I would rather be out like a light I have a lot of baby cataracts in both of my eyes and right now I have 20 30 vision. Tomorrow February 18th 2026 I'm going to give them a call for the first time to see if they can put me to sleep but I'm pretty sure they can't so I don't know what to do. Can I get someone's opinion please thank you. Marie k.

Wont be back. Was seen by tech 1st, then a doc for about 2 minutes. They kinda blew off my reason for coming. There's no option to NOT dilate your eyes, and it costs $25 to undilate... yes, $25 for 2 drops. Wish I had known, they didn't tell me to bring anybody to drive home, so I was kinda forced into that extra charge. Then two weeks after my appointment, I'm charged another $50 for some part of the exam that apparently was not covered. According to billing it is a normal part of the exam that insurance didn't cover. I hate hidden fees, especially in medicine. If you enjoy going to a doctor with a copay in hand only to find out later that you owe more money for some normal part of the exam, you'll love it here.

I had my appointment on December 11th, and everyone from start to finish was exceedingly professional, punctual, reassuring, and informative. I left there with full understanding of what to expect with my upcoming surgery. The Scheduler called me the next day and was excellent. I have knowledge of what's to come, my surgery date, my prescription, and I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Ross, Justin, Logan, and Courtney!
