Love this store! Princess is very helpful and people are very nice. This eye glasses store is in the best location right next to my UPS next door & At&t. I got my sunglasses back like brand new all fixed too!! Highly recommend!!

I stopped by with around 12-14 high end pairs of glasses that needed a bit of attention -- tightening screws, straightening frames, adjusting nose pieces, etc. Kisha took the time to carefully go through every single pair and even cleaned them all for me too.
What really stood out was their kindness. I offered to pay for the work, but they wouldn't accept anything and simply said that if I wanted to do something in return, I could leave them a Google review so here it is!
I actually had a few more pairs I tried to get adjusted elsewhere over the weekend since they're closed on Sundays, and the experience just didn't compare. I ended up going back on Monday to have the rest done properly.
Friendly staff, great service, and a place that really cares. I can't recommend them enough and will definitely be returning.

My husband and i just had an eye exam this week at ForEyes at Miami Beach. We love the new eye doctor, she was very nice and fast. The staff of the eye shop is always very nice. This is our third year at this place and we highly recommend it.

I love this store and I v been a regular for 9 years. Everyone is so helpful besides a new store manager Haida, a blond mature woman.two last times I came to the store she was extremely rude and unhelpful, would just ignore my request and go talk to a new customer, lied about them having no trials for me when my order was taking too long to arrive when I had to ask other employees who were very helpful and found them for me. It seems like she doesn't care about her regular customers at all and discriminates . I'm in service industry myself that's why I know how bad is her service and overall attitude.

Me and my family travelled to Miami and I forgot my contact lenses at home. I tried about five different optometrist and eye doctor offices around town trying to find a place that would offer same day contact lenses or that could help me in any way. That's when we were told about ForEyes. Princess help me as soon as I walked through the door. While she could not sell me a pair of contact lenses because they needed to be ordered, she asked for my prescription and matched it to a sample pair of contact lenses she had at the back of the store. She did not need to do this and could have easily refused to help me as the other places did before going to ForEyes. Princess showed kindness and compassion and, ultimately, offered the best customer service possible. No money was exchanged and yet the impression of ForEyes and Princess could not be better. I would highly recommend this establishment - if this is the lengths they go to help someone that walks in randomly I can only imagine how excellent their services are for paying customers. Give them and a try. Thank you Princess!

This was the 2nd time I ordered contacts from For Eyes on Alton rd. The first time it took 5 weeks to receive them. They apologized & said it was an oversight I ordered a 2nd time thinking it would be a better experience. 45 days out & I have not received them. I'm on hold as I write this review. I'm on hold for an average of 20 minutes each time. I hung up earlier today because phone battery was about to die. I hoped they would call me back k when they saw I hung up. NO they did not. I called back later & went to voicemail, 3rd call & I am on hold because they received my contacts but don't know where they are so I need to hold for a manager. it is 18: minutes 19 seconds I am holding. I WILL NOT return or recommend them.
