wonderful people! went in today while stopped in miami waiting for my cruise tomorrow and my glasses broke on the beach! lost the screw and couldn't get the glass to stay in! had no idea what i was gonna do but saw this place in close distance to my hotel and thought i would give it a try! greeted nicely at the door! the staff was quick to assist me in getting a screw and tightening everything up for me! took not even 5 minutes and they didn't charge me anything! would definitely recommend coming here for any and all your needs! while waiting too i looked at their glasses/sunglasses and they had a wonderful selection! thankyou again!! lifesavers!!

Fui el Sabado a medirme la vista ya que habia cambiado. Raquel was truly amazing! She gave me a great service providing the best options as to which glasses fit me better and she was very patient. Raquel was excellent. She took a lot of time to help me find RX progressive sunglasses that fit properly and looked good. The turnaround was so fast and I'm very happy!

The fastest production of glasses in my life! We had an exceptional experience with Raquel at Home Optical. She was very mindful of our needs and even offered to process glasses before we could release insurance benefits putting trust in us as customers. I have not seen this level of customer service at any other place. Their prices and promotions make the purchase of prescription glasses to be an affordable yet high quality option. I felt treated like a family there: very caring staff. And the cherry on top is that they produce lenses onsite and we were able to have glasses ready in less than an hour- no need for a second trip!

Amazing! Lovely people was willing to give some advice without charging because it was obvious what my problem was -she could've charged me for an exam but was honest and just gave me advice. Just very kind and took time to explain what to do. Definitely recommend.

If you need glasses this is the place to go. The employees are amazingly nice. They have a great selection for reasonable prices. I also highly recommend them for repairs. You can't go wrong here.
