Lifetime Vision and Eye Care

Today I visited Lifetime Vision and Eye Care located at 20354 N.W. 2nd Ave, Miami Gardens, Florida. Entering this Eye Care facility for the first time was a beautiful and professional experience. The two Receptionist greeted me well and was extremely helpful. Dr. Thayil, Optometrist took his time with me, explained my exam well so I could understand and also allowed me to ask any questions without rushing me. Finally, the last step of my visit was sitting down with the Optician who took the time to do the fitting for my glasses. Overall, I have found a new place for my Eye care. I would definitely recommend Lifetime Vision Eye Care to all my Family and Friends.

Excellent experience! Front desk staff were friendly. Little to no wait time from the moment I walked in. Shannon handled the pre checkup stuff and she was amazing. She was professional and explained everything she was doing regarding the machinery and equipment. Dr. Thayil was very professional and took the time to listen and answer all my questions. I learned quite a bit about eye anatomy as well. The facility has state-of-the-art equipment and everything was clean and organized. The employee who handles the eyeglasses was so nice. He helped me pick out a frame and was patient with my indecisiveness. They make the lens on sight which is awesome. Overall excellent experience and I highly recommend!

Dr Benjamin Thayil is great and so is his staff. I called wanting to get an appointment to see him with somewhat of an emergency. Thankfully I was able to see him on the day that I called and was in and out quickly. Oh, did I forget to say that he has great bedside manner. Thank you Dr Thayil for your help!

Excellent customer service. So glad I found this office. Office is clean. Love the paintings on the walls. From the beginning with Excellent and beautiful smiles from the receptionist to the assistant doing the eye evaluation. Finishing off with Excellent care and concern from the doctor. For sure 10/10 service. Would for sure recommend this office.

Lifetime Vision and Eye Care is outstanding! The location is excellent and the entire staff is amazing. They answered all my questions and were extremely professional from start to finish. The optometrist was very knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly, making me feel confident and informed. The front desk staff was also fantastic--friendly, helpful, and efficient. The clinic itself is very nice and clean. Highly recommend!

10/10... no line, no wait, I scheduled an appointment for the same day and they were able to see me on time. The doctor is extremely helpful, and to the point! He explained to me EXACTLY what I needed. I am now a long time client! I even referred my Mom

This is the first time I have duch a marvelous experience at an eye Doctor they are extremely professional and are very updated with their equipment. I am very happy from the front end to the back office keep it up.
