Excellent Service! I want to give a special thank you to Mr. Cesar at the optical. His customer service was truly outstanding. From the moment I walked in, he treated me with patience, respect, and genuine kindness. He took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me choose the perfect frames, and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the process. Mr. Cesar went above and beyond to make sure I received the best care and attention. It's rare to find someone so professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to their work. Because of him, my experience was smooth, easy, and even enjoyable. I highly recommend asking for Mr. Cesar--he's the best! Thank you for making my visit exceptional.

Tareq Al Zaidi OD was my eye doctor and he was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He answered all my questions to my understanding. I learnt from him. Please, don't change. I'll be back if you are there. The staff is also good.

I've been in glasses 45+ years and have found my experience at Target with Joann to be at the top of the list for competency, knowledge of lenses and customer service! I will return to this location from this time forward for all my future glasses needs!

First and foremost, I love my local Target! So I did my exam with Dr. Sahar El Talla, and it was a great experience.... I paid a little more for a picture of my inner eyes, and it was so worth it....I I really recommend it as it clearly shows the healthiness of your eyes overall! So Cesar & Rebecca are the best! They explained to me everything about my Meta Ray-Bans, and also worked hard on giving me the best deal. I got the works, from transitions, to anti-glare, and much more! I use them for seeing (of course), for setting reminders, to helping me look and describe things that I'm seeing, give me real time information (like news, the time, price of Cryptocurrencies, and much more), record videos (which I posted 2 on here), take pictures (which I posted a few on here), and practically a lot more. I changed the original voice of the AI to the Actress/Comedian/Artist Awkwafina (and I love it).... can't wait for more updates! Moreover, I bought the foldable Ray-Bans from Target Optical as well (and again, they have me the best deal, and I put the works on them), and it was the best thing to do as the Metas need to be charged (depending on the usage).... but they charge really quick (just make sure to charge the case whenever you can, and the glasses do not need to be in the case to charge the case....I actually charge the case separately at time (maybe once a week I'll do it)). I added some videos of the folding Wayfarer glasses as well on here! Thank you so much TO!

I had such a great experience at Target Optical! Shannon was incredibly helpful and patient when it came to finding the perfect frames, and the eye doctor was amazing as well. The whole process was smooth, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend them!
