Dr. Bu was amazing -- very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough during the exam. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel confident about my eye health.

Amazing place to go! I've been to several locations and it's the same warm feel. Office staff is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely friendly. This place feels like home. I had the best experience at Infinite Vision Eye Care in Miami Lakes! It was my son's very first visit to the eye doctor, and everyone there made it so easy and comforting for him. Amy was incredibly kind and patient while helping him with the imaging--she made him feel safe the whole time. Dr. Bu was SO sweet and gentle, and she explained everything in a way that made my son completely relaxed. And a huge thank you to Stephanie in sales for helping us find the perfect first pair of glasses--she was so helpful and honest, and made the whole process fun.
We left feeling so taken care of. Highly recommend this office for anyone

This location does not care for patients. You will be just a number on their list. I went early 10 am while my son appointment was 11:30 am. While I was the only person on waiting until someone else that knows the staff was able to pass before us , while we were waiting already 40 minutes for the front to tell us we need to wait another 30 minutes. I relay the message to Daniela in the front reception saying she will check with the manager. However manager didn't show face and came back if I would like to received my refund back for the $35 fee they charge. So I went ahead and cancel my appointment for my three kids. This place doesn't care do not bother taking your kids here they only want your money.
