I had an amazing experience with 305 Vision! The service was outstanding, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and insightful. They took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for top-notch eye care and expert advice. I did my annual eye exam as usual, it's been many years now coming to this place. So, from the beginning (scheduling) to the end (giving me the opportunity to try contacts) it's been better and better every year. This was truly the most pleasant experience at an eye doctor I have ever had. From the beginning, Dr. Shannon Evans was welcoming and personable. She took the time to first understand any issues, concerns or specific needs I may have had and explained everything she was checking and how it worked along the way. It is clear that she looks out for the best interest of her clients. It was the first time I left an eye doctors appointment well informed. Highly recommend!

Dr. Evans was amazing! I don't think I've ever had such a thorough eye exam in my life. Dr. Evans made the dreadful selection of lens 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 painless. She was patient and quick to find the right prescription for me. The entire team at this location are very professional and I highly recommend!

Very quick service. Compared to other large chains. The amount of tech the doctor had was astounding. The doctor also was very informative, and helpful. Did I mention the speed of great service over all? I won't be going anywhere else from now on. Also very central site too. Easy to find and good pricing as well. Thanks Doc, once again!

It was my son's first experience at an eye doctor and I must say Dr. Shannon Evans was so good with him. She made him feel at ease by explaining each step as she examined him. If anyone has to take their kids to an eye doctor, I highly recommend you see Dr. Shannon.

Unfortunately my MIL went for a routine eye exam and two days later we are at the urgent care with a very swollen eye. She was diagnosed with an eyelid infection and stye. Which to me means dirty tools, hands, machine. I contacted the office to let them know about the issues we are having and the receptionist was pretty rude and disregarded the problem. She even quickly told me she'd make a note of it and hung up on me. Making me feel like I did something wrong. I called back with in 30 seconds and she couldn't even remember who I was or my issue was. You can imagine my concern with patient care if they could hardly remember a phone call. Thinking they probably forget to clean their instruments or hands.. cancelled our follow up appointment.
