I had an appointment at 2 pm and was kept was kept waiting for 2 hrs. When I complained, a Lily told me I wasn't on the list. I then asked why I made an appointment. 2 hours just hand in a pair of frames. THE PLACE IS PATHETIC.

Today I was helped by Valentin, Elaine, and Nellie, as well as Dr. Adriasola. I had a wonderful experience. Valentin was kind and gentle, and helped me pick out the perfect frames. Nellie was so friendly and seems to make the work place light and fun! Elaine seemed like a manager that everyone loves. Dr. Adriasola was so gentle and made me feel comfortable and heard. I highly recommend this office for eye care.
