I came in to have my pupillary distance (PD) measured because it was not measured at the location where I originally got my glasses. The front desk clerk refused to help and told me I had to return to the original location instead. I was only asking for a simple PD measurement, which takes just a moment. Unfortunately, there was no willingness to assist or provide basic customer service. If I'm requesting a service, it's because I genuinely need help--not to be turned away.
