I had a great experience at America's Best. Lowensky was extremely helpful and professional while assisting me with my glasses selection, and I truly appreciated the excellent customer service. Although I later realized the frame I chose was a bit too large for my face, the overall experience was positive. I would definitely return for future purchases and recommend this location to others.

The service was excellent throughout, especially the attention from all their agents, from the moment I arrived at reception, to their manager Danielle, and Lariza, who was very professional in assisting me with the test, as was Daily. This location used to be one of my go-to's but the new eye Dr just has not been good. He sped through the exam and gave me the wrong prescription. With the contacts my vision was still blurry. After going to another doctor, I was properly prescribed and provided quality service. It's unfortunate because my sister had a similar experience if not worse.

I had an incredible experience at America's Best thanks to Larissa, the Assistant Manager. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me warmly and made me feel completely at ease. I was feeling overwhelmed and unsure about which frames to choose, but Larissa stepped in with the perfect mix of professionalism and kindness. She was so patient and attentive, taking the time to understand my style and preferences. Thanks to her expert guidance, I walked out with frames that not only fit me perfectly but also looked amazing! Her eye for detail, honest feedback, and genuine care truly made a difference. Larissa went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my choices and confident in my purchase. She's a true example of outstanding customer service and a real asset to the America's Best team. I had a wonderful experience at America's Best! Lowensky was so helpful with Creole translation, which made me feel comfortable and understood. Dr. Daily was very patient and kind during my exam. I highly recommend this location, especially for Haitians who may need language support. They truly care about their patients!

I want to say 10/10 from beginning to end of my visit. The ladies were amazing, helpful and knowledgeable. The service from when I walked in being greeted and helping me pick out the perfect frames. Thank you and I will always come back Laritza, Nicole and Danielle.

Very disappointing experience at America's Best located at 12000 Biscayne Blvd, Suite 160, Miami, FL 33181. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, yet I waited over one hour without being seen. There was only one customer before me when I arrived. After that, more customers came in, and the optometrist started seeing them while I was the only one left waiting, which made no sense. When I asked customer service about the delay, the response was extremely unprofessional. The employee simply said "it is like that" as if she didn't care at all. I explained that my appointment was already an hour late and that the situation was unacceptable. She showed no concern. Because of the lack of respect for my time and the rude attitude, I decided to leave. No one tried to explain, help, or acknowledge the issue. This location clearly does not value punctuality, organization, or customer service. I will not be returning and do not recommend it to others.

Absolutely the worst location to try and get glasses in Miami, do not even think about going here! First my initial exam was the quickest I ever had. They didn't ask about my last prescription and just started new. They only did the 'which is clearer' one or two a couple times and that was it. So I was already concerned, I am 55 and never had an exam like that, it has always taken longer. A couple weeks later go to pickup my glasses and no surprise, something isn't right and the distance vision is out of focus. First time I have ever had an issue with new glasses. So now I had to reschedule to come back for a re-exam. They open at 9 and gave me a 10:15 appointment, I arrive a few minutes early and am told an hour wait. Um, that is not how appointments work. I can understand maybe 15 minutes, but you just opened at 9, how are you going to be at least an hour behind at 10:15. That tells me they way overbook exams and have a total disregard for people's time. Read other reviews, they seem to do that as part of their normal procedures. So now I have another appointment in a couple days, and they won't do earlier than 10:15 because it is a re-exam? So I told them I am calling first because I am not sitting for an hour or more because they are terrible at scheduling appointments. If I had spent under $100 I would just toss these bad glasses in the trash and go somewhere else that is actually competent. But I spent $300 even with insurance so I need them to fix their mistake. I will never go back here and encourage you to stay very far away.
