I had a great experience at America's Best Eyeglasses. The location was clean, well organized, and the process was smooth from start to finish. A special thank you to Orlando, who was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain my options, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with my choices. His customer service truly stood out and made the entire visit enjoyable. I highly recommend this location--and if you get the chance, ask for Orlando!

Terrible customer service, but Very nice female Dr. The young people working there don't know what they're doing. I bought my glasses in Nov 28 2025. I went to pick them up & get them fitted. While there Marlon attempted to adjust them & melted the frames and the lens popped out. They tried giving me a used floor model to replace it and didn't even apologize. I refuse to take the used floor model, so they had to order me a new one that would take two more weeks. I was never notified when they arrived. When I called the store to ask they said they would not be ready until after the new year, so I called customer service to complain and within 10 minutes I've received a phone call that they had miraculously found my glasses. I was told they were in a box in the back and they didn't know. Terrible experience

I've been a customer of American Best for years, but this store is the worst. The employees are all clueless. They created two accounts for me, and after 15 days, there's no sign of my glasses. The manager finally arrived after I waited for over 30 minutes, both on the phone and in person, to tell me it was FedEx's fault. But now, after 15 days, nobody knows where my glasses are, and they're essential for my job. I'd like to know what service I paid for, what underdeveloped country this store is located in, and how I ended up there without realizing it.
