I had a great experience at America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses 3144 North MiamiAvenue. The service was smooth, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. A special shout-out to Rosy, who was absolutely amazing--patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my selection. Customer service like hers truly makes a difference. I would definitely recommend America's Best, especially if you have the pleasure of being assisted by Rosy!

I felt this deserved a 5 star review. Ive been coming to this location for years and the staff has always been good, but yesterday I had to go in because I sat on my glasses. So I went in to see what repair options they had. At first it didn't seem like they really offered any type of frame repair, and they always keep saying I didn't get my frames there but I got them right from that store. Anyway, I was starting to think buying a new pair was going to be my only option, but the young lady took a look at my glasses and said "OH, I can fix this." Without hesitation she went to work, did her thing and fixed them on the spot. And it was one of those where you can tell it had nothing to do with customer service it's just the type of person she is. And that type of person is always great at customer service. I ordered another pair anyway so I have backup if I do something dumb again. Unfortunately I didn't get her name because she was on the phone with a customer. It may have been Yuri whose name I see always pop up but can't say for sure. Whoever she was I really appreciated it.

I've been going here for years and they just keep getting better and better. I just got off the phone with Juan and he saved me so much time and money by helping me get my yearly contacts over the phone and honoring they're special promotion compared to other online retailers. (you'll need to ask them I'm not telling lol). Their 3 year eye exam club was also super amazing. Looking forward to having them around for a long time, thanks again Juan and the Americas best staff!

I would like to say I was so happy with American Best and how professional and accommodating they were to my request for glasses. Rosy was so nice and so helpful to me when it came to putting my frame together. She was patient and understanding. I recomand anyone who comes into get glasses, ask for Rosy as she will definitely take great care of you. She has excellent customer service!

The team at America's Best in MidTown Wynwood in Miami are literally the BEST! From the moment you enter the door, you are greeted and welcomed with professionalism. Rosy, Juan and Keyla provided outstanding customer service and were so knowledgeable in their field. In a world where professionalism is scarce, these specialists set the bar high and it was an absolute pleasure doing business with them. So much so, that I have returned to purchase several glasses, and will continue to do so in the future!

If you go to this America's best YOU MUST speak to Vivian! I don't know WHERE America's best found her but she is a literal Angel in Disguise! I mean Wow! Talk about how she swooped in and fixed my issue with ease. My glasses broke, broken in a way most people would refuse to help, but not her! Vivian to the rescue, she poured her resources into a solution and within 20 minutes I walked out feeling much more confident then I did walking in! She's a blessing, and I will Definitely come back here again! Thank you Vivian !!

I highly recommend everyone who is in need of eyeglass and/or contact care to come here! Both times I've come in for services, I've been treated kindly and professionally by all staff. The cleanliness and customer service is top tier! I'd love to especially give a shout out to Laritza for her kindness, professionalism, diligence and patience! I truly appreciate the training service provided for first time contact lens wearers- everything is explained in detail and all questions answered. The "goody bag" provided at the end with the trials and contact solution is also much appreciated in order to make sure it is the right fit. I can tell they truly care about their customers. Yuri was amazing she fixed the glass on my glasses that lost a screw with a surgeon precision. And in no time. And very friendly and welcoming. If you need a quick fix on those glasses that are so precious to you. Don't hesitate to stop by.
