Doctor Ring was very friendly, he explained everything and eased any concerns. During the procedure he was talkative and explained steps by steps what he was doing. The staff and nurses were very friendly, the nurse particularly kept me calm by robbing my hand and feet and kept my family informed while I was in surgery. Overall I do recommend them. Gelda

I am still in recovery of a complicated surgery; But I don't want to wait to tell my experience with this doctor. I don't find words to say the amazing of success in this surgery, despite the doctor warned to me about the risks and hours that this would take, still I don't believe that my aneurism has been removed near to my eye. I was referred to see Dr Rong ,my apptt.was made on 7/8/2025 to see him on Monday Oct.20.,and on Friday Oct.17.received a call saying that I need a referral,,my goodness it took 3 months to realize I need a referral from my primary Dr. AFTER CALL MY primary Dr.off.explain the situacion he gave a "referral now Iam here in the lobby They said that need a referral from my Ins. PEOPLE THAT HANDLE ALL THESE NEED MORE CROSSTRAING.,.Thast Not how to care the patients.iam sure this Dr is excellent, but Customer service is the worse.

I recently saw Dr. Rong for a revision surgery after a botched procedure I had several years ago. It was my second revision, and I was told if anyone would be able to help me, he would. Going into this, I knew my eyes had to be fixed and I was looking for the very best physician to help me. With his discerning eye for aesthetics he indicated I needed more surgery to fix the remaining and lingering issues. In the interum he did a laser procedure to remove the tiny red & blue areas and improve the appearance of my eyes. I knew my eyes would be a challenging and I would need a careful approach to treatment. After the laser treatment my eyes already look much better, I can't wait to see the final results after surgery. Dr. Rong is an exceptional physician a true expert in his field. He is very kind and personable. He takes time to answer questions thoroughly and checks in to be sure you understand his answers. I'd like to thank him for his dedication and passion for helping patients like myself. If you are considering doing surgery on your eyes, please do your homework on choosing a surgeon, because unfortunately I can attest that they are not all created equal, nor do they have the empathy, skill and patience of Dr. Rong. Dr. Rong is a true professional, educator, and trailblazer in his field. I am very grateful to have found him.
