BEWARE!!!!! This place is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I was a new patient. I preregistered online and prepaid online as well and received multiple confirmations about my appointment. The day before my appointment, I received a strange text in Spanish stating there was a problem with my appointment. I mention that it's strange that it was in Spanish because in my preregistration I stated that I preferred English communications. As soon as I saw this message, I called the office and explained to them what happened and I just wanted confirmation that I still had an appointment. The person on the other line told me he apologized for any confusion and that the message must have been sent to me in error. He then continued on to confirm my appointment as scheduled. The next day I arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled time and waited patiently. While I waited I noticed at least four patients arguing with the staff due to problems with their appointment or visit. The staff was very rude and dismissive. 45 minutes after my scheduled time, I was finally called to the reception window. I was told my visit was not authorized and the doctor could not see me. I explained that I had received multiple confirmations about my appointment including that morning and I had even called the day before to make sure there was no issue with my appointment. She went on to say there was nothing she could do and that I needed to see my primary doctor to discuss the issue with him. Mind you I had already prepaid for the visit and I was told there was nothing more they needed from me prior to my visit. All I could do was leave in disgust.

I arrived at 2:30 p.m. for a 3:00 p.m. appointment. At 3:07 p.m., I was given dilation drops and sent back to the waiting area. After 1 hour and 40 minutes, I approached the front desk to ask about the delay, and the response was rude and dismissive, simply stating that there were people ahead of me, with no further explanation. During that time, only two patients were called. I then waited an additional 50 minutes. In total, I waited over two and a half hours for a 10-minute consultation. I left the office around 5:20 p.m. Completely unacceptable.

I wish there was an option to select zero stars. When you go to your first appointment you have to wait the whole day to be seen by the doctor and then they told you the surgery dept will be in contact with you within 15 days (lady at the front desk said it could take up to month). 4 months later and my mother-in-law has not even received a follow up call. My wife has called SEVERAL times and during the month of May and June after trying really hard, she would get someone saying they were waiting for the next months schedule, but still nothing week after week. Now, she only gets the voicemail; which by the way is useless because they NEVER return your call and the email is useless as well. If you are understaff, then don't schedule some many appointments just to charge the insurance for it. These are human beings trying to get better, it is not a FACTORY.

If you have an elderly parent or relative DO NOT SEND THEM HERE. My mom visited this clinics and the customer service was horrible. Reception staff and nurses had the worst attitude. My mom attended her appointment alone and when she asked the nurse about the condition of her eye and upcoming procedure the nurse ignored her and instead started chatting with another staff member about her "breakfast." The said staff member then noticed my mom in the room and shoved her out the door. My mom respectfully told her she was not leaving until she understood her condition and the procedure she would undergo. As a health insurance holder, my mom has the right to obtain answers to her questions to ensure she is receiving the proper care. At minimum, she deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. My mom felt threatened at this clinic. I hope no other elderly patient experiences this horrible customer service

At the entrance of the building no signs for covid19 or any supplies. and the araneye reception dont have social distance. They don't take temperature,they don't ask anything.they only have one bottle of sanitize to share by all the patients It's a joke.irresp9nsability for araneye . This place is not ready for business. A lot elders here risking health.

Very organized, attentive and detailed attention, all with the best professional manners. Will recommend to anyone!

The waiting full was full but they move at a constant pace. T I was called in about 15 minute after my appt time. Left with in an hour of my appt. Dr was knowledgeable and pleasant, explained everything in detail. All the other staff members were very professional.
