I am very pleased with the overall service provided by both the staff and the doctor who assisted me. I would especially like to commend the lady at the front desk, who was exceptionally kind and patient throughout my visit. Her warmth made a real difference.

The attention to detail provided by the staff is truly remarkable. They take their time to explain everything in detail. I recently visited the clinic for my one-week post-operative follow-up for LASIK surgery. I waited for a maximum of ten minutes, and the staff was extremely precise with their appointment times. They also answered all my questions thoroughly.

Customer service is awful! No one picks up the phone I had my sister calling on her cell and my self calling a d waited and waited until we both got tired. I really like the Dr.but they need to have an office Manager to review their entire personal. I only need to change my appointment at ext 5900 . I will be calling the insurance company and let them know They should drop them.

Giving one star because zero isn't an option. This was a clown show from start to finish. First, the usual hour-and-a-half wait, which seems to be "normal" for doctors. Then, they sent a brand-name eye drop to my pharmacy with no generic option--$287! I called to complain, and they insisted they had sent the generic. Went back to the pharmacy, and it wasn't there. Called again, and finally, they sent the generic. This back-and-forth took five days. The follow-up appointment was scheduled just two days after I got the eye drops. I called to reschedule, saying two days wasn't enough time to see if the medicine was working. The lady on the phone insisted I keep the appointment. When I arrived, I was informed the follow-up was at another location (?!). I asked them to call the other location to see if the doctor could wait 20 minutes, as the GPS showed a 20-minute trip. The doctor refused to wait. They are not only incompetent and disrespectful of your time, but they also offer no accommodations. You can leave work for the third time at 3:30 PM because they can't schedule a later appointment, wait for an hour and a half, be on the phone with them and your pharmacy for a week, and go to the pharmacy twice to get your medicine, but they can't wait 20 minutes when they change the follow-up location. Result: I don't know when I'll have time to see the doctor again. Irresponsible and incompetent. I recommend finding eye care elsewhere.

Dr.Aran office at Flagler office were very professional excellent customer service as a first time patient I was very impressed from the front desk to the techs and special the physician this made me feel at ease at all times! highly recommend it!

Be CAREFUL!!! I went because i was seeing a white spot. The ophthalmologist did a quick check and told me i had high eye pressure and glaucoma and gave me drops. But i am young and I didn't feel comfortable with her diagnosis so i went to Bascom Palmer and another ophthalmologist and both told me that I had no glaucoma! My eyes were good and what i had was a floater! Dangerous miss diagnosis! This practice basically is a CATARAC surgery machine! They want to do surgery to every m one! Fet a second opinion if you have been seen her!!

the office are clean,the personnel are very professional the technician and Doctor explain in very professional way the steps go to do with you and the front desk staff are very informative, the front desk lady and the technician went extra mile to accommodate my needs because I was in bariatric wheel chair, in my impression is very customer service oriented with professional staff.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW ! NEVER GO HERE. ONE OF THE DOCTORS KICKED MY MOTHER AND MYSELF OUT BECAUSE I DEFENDED A LICENSED DOG AND HIS BLIND OWNER OUT OF THAT OFFICE, I WAS TAPING IT ALL OR NO ONE WOULD HAVE BELIEVED THIS. MY MOTHER THE PATIENT DID NOT GET SERVICED AND THIS WONT END HERE. HERE ARE THE VIDEOS. TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM DAY ONE . TODAY THEY TOOK THE PRIZE. THERE IS NO HIPPA IN A WAITING ROOM PEOPLE .
