Avoid this place!!! 4 hours wait? This is insane. The most disorganized office I've ever seen. I counted over 30 patients in line with only one doctor... Why do they book well beyond their capacity? I will never make the same mistake. I will never come back.

Do you need to be sure your eyes are in good hands? The wait is worth it. My problem was diagnosed , treated and resolved. Thanks to Dr. Ariadna Gonzalez.

Very rarely am I incensed enough by an establishment to write a review... But the way this practice handles its patients is unacceptable. Considering what I came in for was a very unremarkable condition-- a check in of sorts... I cannot honestly comment on her expertise as a doctor (which I'm sure is good). What I want to address is how this practice operates like a farm. MIAMI is a city renowned for its world-class medical facilities such as the Bascom Palmer eye institute. With such competition, you'd think there'd exist a drive and sense of honor to uphold that reputation. However.... I personally waited 4 hours to be attended. After talking to the other clients in the waiting room, I discovered they were there since early morning... And this was well into the afternoon! If you want to be treated like a lamb to the slaughter. If you want to be treated like a GMO processed Twinkie on the assembly line. If you want to go into a real-life human factory! Come up right ahead. But I will not tolerate for myself, or for my elderly mother-- to have my off-time disrespected like that. I sympathize with the older patients who had their life-span reduced by that wait and disrespect. As for myself, I will be taking my business somewhere else that is CORDIAL WITH TIME. Thank you, and please improve.

I cannot say enough positive things about this eye clinic! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and welcoming atmosphere. The staff there truly understands the importance of family oriented care.

I have found the best ophthalmologist in town! She is so knowledgeable and patient that it was a pleasure to have her as my doctor. She was very thorough with her exam and took the time to explain everything to me. She even answered my questions, even if I asked them more than once. Her staff is very friendly and respectful. If you are looking for an excellent ophthalmologist in Miami go to her. Thank you Dr. Gonzalez!

HORRIBLE!!!!!! They don't even deserve a 1 Star. Run & stay away!! 1st time we waited 3 1/2 hours, I thought we had just had bad luck that day & something had gone wrong. 2nd time made appt. for 10am by 2pm we got so fustrated we walked out. Front desk are all spaced out, clueless!! The staff walk right by you unapologetic as if they are doing you a favor for free or something. Totally unprofessional, I am in shock for this day an age of how this office is run., which speaks volumes for the doctor. She is well aware of all the people complaining and waiting and she continues to run her office that way. She walks around as if no ones time is important except hers. Lack of consideration & lack of RESPECT!!!!!!!There are a lot of great OPTHALMOLOGISTS in this city, this sure is not one of them!!

I hate to have to do this but I am appalled at the customer service at this place. Nobody speaks any english and my elderly mother was forcefully pushed into their machines for tests with out being prompted on what to do. my mother is a miami native and speaks no spanish. My elderly father had to come to translate for her just so she would know what was happening while these tests where happening. This is extremely unethical. Not to mention their appointment was scheduled, which they arrived early for and STILL had to wait 3+ hours to be seen. How is this supposed to make my mother feel comfortable about cataract surgery with this facility. Needless to say they're going else were

My appointment was 10:15 am it is now 1:36 pm and I am still here waiting. This is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. Patients are talking in the waiting room this is my first time here but I'm hearing patients saying this ridiculous waiting time is ALWAYS! Smdh they bring u in do a test waiting room again then call you in again another test put dilating drops then waiting room again this is ridiculous I'm assuming they will check my nerves then I will be sat in the waiting room again to wait to pick out my frames I am starving and I am livid about to go Karen up in here lol NEVER AGAIN!!
