Terrible Experience - Unprofessional Management
I took my daughter to this eye doctor and paid extra to have her lenses thinned since she has very bad vision. When we got the glasses, they were still thick, and the office told me they needed to change the frame. When we went back, my daughter no longer had insurance, so I asked if they could just do a simple swap since everything else had already been paid for. They refused and said she would have to do another full exam.
My daughter has now been without glasses for quite some time. Every time I call, I'm told that only the manager can handle my case but the manager is never there. No one in the office could help me, and I ended up nearly losing over $200.
When I finally spoke to the manager, Elena, she was extremely rude spoke over me, belittled me, and had a terrible attitude. I've had issues with this office from the very beginning. I will never go back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

The team has always been incredibly helpful and efficient in scheduling appointments and answering any questions I had.
